Sub Head -I (Compound ligthing)

SITC of LED street light luminaire in a single piece aluminium housing with reflectors & acrylic transparent cover suitable for 70 watt, minimum luminous efficacy 150 Lm/w (nominal o/p of each fitting) maintenance free system duly wired complete associated accessories suitable for operation on 230 volts, 50 Hz AC supply i/c connections etc. as reqd. (M/S Havells model ENDURACITYLINERNEOSL70WLED757PASYBOTG or equivalent similar superior make)

Supply of 4 Meters long Galvanised Octagonal pole with single arm bracket (Mayfair MF 32 or equivalent) of 1 Meter length & in built Junction box consisting bakelite sheet, 6amp SP MCB & 6 amp connector etc. for making connection with suitable size of copper wire in the box. Bottom and top diameter of the pole shall be 130mm & 60mm respectively with 3mm thickness and base plate of size 210mmX210mmX12mm and 4 nos. foundation bolts of 16mm dia X 450 mm length with nuts & washers etc. complete as required as per drawing attached. Erection of the above street light pole on RCC foundation i/c making the 1:2:4 RCC foundation of size 400mm X 400mm and height of 1000mm below ground level and 300mm above ground level i/c supplying and fixing of Raft, Verticals & Ring TOR rods, making Raft of size 900mmX900mm with 1:4:8 PCC & fixing of anchor bolts, plastering the exposed surface etc. complete as required as per drawing attached.

Supplying and drawing 3 core 1 sqmm PVC insulated PVC seathed copper conductor cable with relevent IS specification for looping between Junction box to Fitting as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Supplying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size etc as required conforming to IS: 7098 part -1 of following sizes etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Supplying and embedding 32mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in pole collar/ foundation (during casting) for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape complete as required.

Providing and fixing Energy efficient, with IP65 Protection,25 W,6500K, LEDs Post Top Lantern ,for symmetrical light distribution , with spun aluminium landscape and with high power LED ,suitable for installation on pole of Dia up to 70mm i/c connection with 1.5sqmm copper conductor FRLS PVC cable testing commissioning etc complete as required at site. SITC of digital Street Light Panel suitable for three phase 440 volt 50 Hz AC supply having maximum load capacity 6.0 KW consisting digital timer for 24 hours, 32 A TP Contractor & 40 Amp. Rating TPN MCB i/c internal connection complete as required at site. ( M/s Havells Model No IHXTS03060 or equivalent similar superior make.)
