Appendix-A Reactive Maintenance(Initial Rectification work)

4.1.B.1:Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded material, spreading in uniform layers with a motor grader on a prepared surface, mixing by mix in-place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with a vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. Grading-V - For sub-base cum drainage layer - Mix in Place Method

4.12:Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

OD30486/2025-2026:Removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous material as per clause 504, compacting trimming and finishing the surface to from a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004. 2 Filling Port holes and Patch Repairs with Dense bituminous Macadam <br> For grading II- 26.5 mm (Nominal size) Material

5.2.a:Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion( RS) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 - 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

5.6.2.a.1:Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 80-100 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with a bituminous binder( NRMB) @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler with Anti stripping additive material 1.0 kg per 1 tonne of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level, and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects Grading - II (13.2 mm Nominal Size)

55.2:Supplying and stacking 12mm hard blue granite broken stone in standard heaps for measurement(IRC 3.2.1.a)

55.4:Supplying and stacking 36mm size hard broken stone in standard heaps for measurement.

55.8.a:Filling up pot holes (cut and formed to regular shapes and all loose and defective materials removed) after supplying a prime coat of hot bitumen using 36mm departmental broken stone and compacting with power roller to get a compact surface.

55.7.a:Providing bitumen leveling coarse between 40mm and 150mm with 36mm deptl metal by spreading the metal to line and levels and rolling until the compacted coarse aggregate has a firm surface and applying hot bitumen with pressure sprayer at the rate of 20 Kg per M3 metal including all cost of bitumen conveyance heating mixing spreading in appropriate locations to proper levels compacting with power roler and other sundry stores.

55.9.a:Filling up pot holes (cut and formed to regular shapes and all loose and defective materials removed) after supplying a prime coat of hot bitumen using 12mm departmental broken stone and compacting with power roller to get a compact surface.

OD30848/2025-2026:Providing laying and rolling of close graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 11.20 mm to 0.09 mm (MORTH-M-041) aggregates premixed using viscosity grade Bitumen using VG30 to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonnes capacity and finishing to required level

Appendix-B Pre-monsoon works

OD30480/2025-2026:Engaging mazdoor for lowering side berms, clearing side berms, clearing side drains, removing silt from culverts, cutting earthen drains, diverting blocked water, ,removing the branches of trees leaned towards the road threatening pedestrians and traffic and removal of fallen trees or branches on the road clearing traffic blockage , stack the wood at suitable place and various works as directed by engineer in charge etc.

OD30482/2025-2026:Engaging Hydraulic Excavator of 1 cum bucket for various works as directed by the Officer in charge.

OD30481/2025-2026:Engaging tipper for conveying materials, debris to places as directed by departmental officers in charge.

OD30479/2025-2026:Engaging woodcutter for cutting down dangerously standing trees and its branches

OD120189/2025-2026:Hire charges for cutting equipments like electric saw, coir, pulley etc

OD30483/2025-2026:Providing and fixing of DLP Board for running contract work with Non-retro-reflectorised Vinyl sign with 1 years warranty manufactured vinyl printed sheeting fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick/ aluminium composit material sheeting 4 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm, with suitable back supporting frame of MS angle 40x40x6 and supported on GI pipe pole 50mm NB confirming to IS 1239 firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete min size 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level including painting all exposed surface with 2 coats of epoxy painting over epoxy primer and as per approved drawing and clause 801 including lettering symbols etc.

Appendix-C Proactive/Preventive maintenance

OD30484/2025-2026:Conducting and reporting routine inspections for the entire length of the project road at a frequency of 7 days throughout the agreement period of the running contract as directed by the departmental officer at site. Additional Routine Inspection may be required in response to reports or complaints from the police , other authorities and the public as a result of major incidents, typhoon or flooding damages etc. and not measurable/payable. A promotion on the RI should be carried out either during or immediately following a period of wet weather.

Appendix-D Emergency works

OD30485/2025-2026:Engaging mazdoor for various emergency works as directed by the departmental Officer in charge.

8.13:Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads on Bituminous Surface @ 250 gms per sqm area, the thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform, and free from streaks and holes.
