S & F 12mm thick Gypsum board for ceiling, insulation and accoustic purpose 60x60cm in size fixed with screws with staples incl aluminium snap grid frame work 605x605 mm in flat/slopting ceiling with aluminium anodised grid work 35.60x23.60x1.60mm main Tee 23.60x23.60x1.60mm cross section and 26x26x1.60mm angle including 3mm dia GI wire suspender of suitable length aluminium cleats etc complete all as specified and directed. Make : Gyproc, Gypsum Board or equivalent

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed. specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregates ) as in filling in levelling course one roof slab complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over rendering for work in isolated width such as in bands, sunk pannels, cornices, skirting sides of slabs, parapet sides and top drip moulds etc and similar work not exc 15 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound .

M/L for taking out old water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab as specified below and as directed by Engr-in-Charge (a) The roof shall be thowoughly wire brushed washed, dried up and cleaned to remove all foreign materials & dust to receive primer. (b) On the dried roof surace apply one coat of bituinous primer @ 100gm/sqm as per manufacture instruction (c) On this primed surface, the approved APP modified bituminius memberane with non woven polyester mat as reinforcement weighing not less than 3.5kg/sqm laid by torch application method & top surface shall be applied with bituminious aluminium paint (d) The overlap while torching shall be 75mm on ongitunidal direction and 100 mm on transverse direction Note : Obtained material to thrown to low lying area.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick walls finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Rendering 05 mm thick cement plaster on concrete surface of ceiling in cement mortor 1:3 shall be even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or conrete wall surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and appling two coats of oil bound distemper on walls over a coat of primer on plastered surfaces complete including 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

Including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete.

M&L for vitrified coloured tiles 8 to 10mm thick Light shade (square/rectangular) polished area of each tile n exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm th screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Asian, AGI and Somony
