Item Description/ Heading

Drain oil, remove mounts and open clutch bell housing and gear box

Separate gear box from engine and inspect clutch release mechainism

Remove clutch plate, pressure plate and release bearing

Recondition pressure plate and check diaphragm spring tension

Replacement of worn out components

Set clutch finger height and adjust pedal free play

Fill gear box oil and check for leaks & Test gear shifting and clutch engagement under load

Dismantling of wheel hub assembly from axle spindle and cleaning

Replacement of worn/ damaged bearings, oil seals and related consumables

Rectification of minor surface defects and proper seating of bearing races

Application of specified gear grease to hub bearings and internal contact surfaces

Reassembly of hub components with correct clerance and torque tightening

Checking free rotation end plat and alignment of the hub assembly.

Honing/ polishing of cylinder bore and piston rod, wherever required to restore smooth surface finish

Dismantling of existing silencer and exhaust piping followed by inspection of silencer body, inlet/ outlet pipes, clamps and mounting brackets for corrosion, cracks , leakage and blockage

Cleaning of silencer internals and exhaust passages to remove soot, carbon and obstructions

Repairing of silencer body by welding, patching or replacement of damaged portions as required

Realignment of exhaust piping to ensure proper clearance from chassis, body and hydraulic components

Reinstallation of silencer assembly with proper tightening and secure mounting

Functional test and run to ensure smooth operation after complete fitting
