Excavation of earth depth upto 1.5 mt. Below G.L.by manually or by mechanical means for laying of sewer , manholes, Gully pits, Chambers, sumps etc. in ordinary soil (earth,sand loam and clay)including extra excavation below inverts,, trimming, dressing, levelling back filling of trenches by excavated earth in 20 cm layers,watering and ramming the same including removal of surplus earth or other dismantled material up to a distance of 50 meters from the center of trenches.Excavation in soil mixed with morum, shingle, kankar requering use of specials T&P.if required UP TO 0.00 mt to 1.5 mt B.G.L

B.G.L

Excavation of earth depth upto 1.5 mt. Below G.L.by manually or by mechanical means for laying of sewer , manholes, Gully pits, Chambers, sumps etc. in ordinary soil (earth,sand loam and clay)including extra excavation below inverts,, trimming, dressing, levelling back filling of trenches by excavated earth in 20 cm layers,watering and ramming the same including removal of surplus earth or other dismantled material up to a distance of 50 meters from the center of trenches.Excavation in soil mixed with morum, shingle, kankar requering use of specials T&P.if required UP TO 4.5 to 6.0mt. B.G.L

Disposal of excavated excess earth from site ,building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantling of road or waste materials upto an average lead of 8 km away from site by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved

Cartage of excavated earth from site to suitable place as per direction of engineer in charge by head load (the work being in narrow lanes) and carrying back for filling of trenchesafter laying and jointing the pipes up.to max distance 60 m one side

Dewatering of water caused due to seepage of ground water and surface water due to rain etc. excluding excavation of foundation but during execution of civil works including supply of all machine operator, khalashi, POL, T&P, accessories required for proper completion of the work. Descharge of pump and accourding power of Pump as per site condition.

Construction of panel room 3.00 m × 3.00 m × 3.15 m high including earthwork in excavation, filling and PCC 1:4:8 foundation, 40 mm DPC with waterproofing compound, RCC work in columns, beams and roof slab in 1:1.5:3 mix with 20 mm aggregate including necessary centering and shuttering but excluding reinforcement, brickwork in superstructure with FPS bricks class 75 in CM 1:6, Kota stone flooring 25 mm thick on CM 1:4 base and Kota stone skirting/risers 25 mm thick on CM 1:3 base rubbed and polished, integral cement-based waterproofing to roof slab with brick bat coba, jointless plaster, fibre cloth and grooves (avg. thickness 120 mm, min. 65 mm at khurra), CC gola 75×75 mm in 1:2:4, pressed steel door frames IS:4351, factory made steel doors and ventilators with 5.5 mm glass panes and MS wire gauze, 110 mm dia PVC rainwater pipes with bends, couplers and shoes, plastering 12 mm (inside) & 15 mm (outside) in CM 1:6, 20 mm plaster in CM 1:3 for chajjas, white cement putty 1 mm thick, distempering with OBD on internal walls, textured exterior paint on external walls, deluxe multi-surface paint on steelwork, with waterproof plaster, and floor drain with proper slope complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
