Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of MRL, 20 Passenger Bed-Cum Passenger Lift, with V3F controller with the following i) Capacity:-1360 Kg (20 Passenger) ii) Speed:- 1.0 MPS, iii) Travel:- 7.5 mtrs.(approx). iv) Stops & Openings:- 3 stops 3 openings (GF & other Floors on same side), (G+2) v) Power Supply:- 415 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz., Alternating Current, Variation as per I.S. vi) Control:- Microprocessor based AC with V3F control (with close loop). vii) Operation:- Simplex full collective (with Auto / attendant mode) viii) Machine:- Energy efficient machine unit suitable for 1360 Kg lift without gear and without M/C room ix) Clear shaft dimension:- 2300mm(W) × 3000mm(D). x) Pit Depth:- 1600 mm minimum xi) Car enclosure & False ceiling:- Stainless Steel hairline finish.

COP (with start / Floor button) and 3 nos. LOP suitable for (G+2) floors with luminious push up / down, call registration indicator, digital position indicator, SS face plate etc. xxix) Voice Anounciator:- Automatic floor position announcement system. xxx) Intercommunication System:- 2 way intercom system to be provided. N.B. Rates should be quoted inclusive of minor civil works, wall / floor cutting, for making holes, chiseling etc. and mending good the damages to the original finish. Note: 1) All the above rates should be quoted inclusive of all taxes & duties, District charges and LWC as applicable, with cost of maintenance, servicing, supply & replacement of spares for 03 (Three) years from the date of commissioning. 2) The Agency must procure the materials from the manufacture/OEM or their authorised sales Channel so that the standard warranty/support of the manufacturerer/OEM becomes applicable to the product to be delivered and installed by them. Documents that authenticate such procurement from the manufacturer/OEM or from their authorised sales Channel and standard warranty/support should be sent from the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution of work/submission of bill. If any refubrished materials are supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rule. Before execution of the work the prospective bider has to submit layout drawing as per design of OEM dully approved by the OEM. 3) Total is rounded off to the nearest rupees.
