Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter, area not exceeding 1.50 Square metre (w/o taking off shutters from frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes in wall/concrete for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces in CM (1:3) and finishing the surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : - The qouted rate shall be deemed to include for fixing of hold fast in the same opening irrespective of position of hold fasts and no separate item for making good of hold fasts shall be paid).

Supply and fixing of pressed steel frames for doors of size 125 x 60 mm, 1mm thick, with one or more rebates including, hold fasts of 25mm x 4mm FI, 25cm long, 6 Nos in each chowkhat, necessary lugs, 3 Nos 100 mm MS butt hinges medium weight, cold rolled, welded for each shutters of frame, lock strike plate, including sanding, tarring backs of chowkhats, PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 filling in frame, 2 Nos 12 mm dia MS tie bars at the bottom of frame and one shop coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of factory made 35 mm thick, second class hard wood rail and style, plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commrcial veneering on both faces ace, size of rails and stiles as per IS 1003 (part-I) kiln seasoned and chemical pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 2nd class (hollock) factory made 35mm thick glazed skelton door shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc. divided into squares edges of framing, plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass/gauge etc. with sizes of members of shutters as specified in para 8.24(a) of SSR 2009 (Part I), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of factory made flush shutters 35 mm thick, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of factory made PVC hollow door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm with wall thickness of 5 mm made out of extended 5 mm rigid PVC foam sheet cut at corner and jointed with 02 Nos, 150 mm long brackets of size 15 mm x 15 mm mild steel square tubes 19 gauge including vertical door profiles reinforced with 19 mm x 19 mm steel square tube of 19 gauge (EPDM) rubber gasket weather seal provided through out the frame and fixed to wall with 65/100 mm long mild steel screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners (minimum of 04 Nos. of screws to be provided for each vertical number & minimum 02 Nos. for horizontal member), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter with wood free EPS, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site with 03 Nos extruded aluminium alloy butt hinges 100mm, 02 Nos aluminium tower bolt 150 mm, 02 Nos aluminium handle 150 mm for each shutter all as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled, mild steel, ISI marked 100 mm size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of steel window box type, using ERW hollow 'P' section, factory made, comprising double frame for and including gauged and glazed skelton shutter, 30mm thick, jointed internally with flat iron 25x3mm complete including hinges, handle, tower bolts, stops, lugs etc. all as shown on drawing No. TD-219 sheet 1/3 to 3/3 of HQ CE Chandigarh Zone as applicable including PCC (C-O ,1:3:6 using 12.5 graded stone aggregate) bed blocks for hold fasts, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : - (i) For the purpose of measurement & payment double shutter both glazed and gauzed with frame shall be considered as one unit. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include the iron mongery and grill 10 mm square bar irrespective of whatever shown on drawings and one shop coat of zinc chromate primer . The pattern of grill shall be all as shown on drawing. (iii) Glazing, wire mesh and painting shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for running welding in repair thickness of metal to be welded not exceeding 6mm complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing of 5 mm thick solid coloured / textured PVC sheet, solid PVC wall paneling/ lining PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site with and including 5 mm thick PVC sheet fillets of width 35 mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on wall to make PVC frame as per specification and directed including taking down of existing wall lining, board or insulation board including cover fillets of any type and thick complete all as specified and as directed. Taking down cement plaster of any thickness on brick/stone walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement with and including two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement with and including two coats of oil emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of mortice lock vertical type 4 levers 100mm size of mild steel body of approved make with two sets of keys complete all as specified and directed.
