• 1) The bidder should be an OEM of CNC Oxy-Propane flame cutting machine. OR The bidder is a dealer/channel partner of OEM. The bidder must furnish bid specific authorization from OEM that the installation & commissioning will be under OEM's supervision. OR The Bidder is a Mill Supplier and has supplied similar equipment as a part of the Main Contract. The bidder must furnish bid specific authorization from OEM that the installation & commissioning will be under OEM's supervision. 2) Bidder should have successfully supplied, installed & commissioned CNC Oxy-Propane flame cutting machine for cutting plates of thickness range 30 mm to 120 mm & minimum 40 meter bed length in any PSU/ Govt. Undertakings/ Public Limited Company within the last fifteen (15) years in India, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited. 3) Consortium bidding is not allowed.
• 1. The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three consecutive financial years ending 31st March-2024 shall be at least Rs. 3.15 Crore (Rupees Three Crore Fifteen Lakh only).
