Provision of Security Management Services For Chennai Metro Rail Phase-II O and M (Stage-1A and 1B)

Name of Work: DMRC/CMRL/Phase-II/SMS/2025: PROVISION OF SECURITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR CHENNAI METRO RAIL PHASE-II O&M (STAGE-1A & 1B)

1 This Bill of Quantities shall be read in conjunction with the Instructions to Tenderers, General and Special Conditions of Contract, Notice inviting Tenders, Employer’s Requirement etc.

2 The final quoted contract price, subject to any adjustment thereto in accordance with contract conditions shall be inclusive of GST, duties, levies, royalties etc.

3 Errors will be corrected by the employer for any arithmetic errors in computation or summation as indicated in relevant clause of instructions to tenderers.

4 The Financial Proposal (as per BOQ) shall be uploaded online on the website http://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app. The rates shall be quoted in the excel file provided in the bid documents. The tenderer shall download the excel file and quote the rates against the item of BOQ as per instructions given. After quoting their rate,s the excel file shall be uploaded accordingly. The rates shall not be offered/quoted elsewhere in the technical submission/ tender submission. Rates will be considered in INR upto two decimal places in paisa only.

5 This is a pre-priced BOQ for Stage 1A & 1B.Tenderer has to quote service charges per person per day in the highlighted cells against each item given in the "BoQ1" sheet. The rate to be quoted by Bidders shall be filled in figures only (in INR). The amount shown in the BOQ1 sheet will be considered as the final quoted price by the bidder.

6 If the tenderer fails to quote rate in the highlighted cells against the specified item in sheet "BoQ1", the tender may be treated as incomplete and non- responsive and shall be rejected.

7 The amount to be quoted by Bidders shall be filled in INR (exclusive of GST) only for service charges.

8 Income Tax/TDS and other statutory deductions as applicable will be deducted from every monthly bill by DMRC.

9 During the currency of the contract, the successful tenderer shall be required to procure necessary insurance policies as stipulated in Terms & Conditions of the Contract.

11 Subsequently, the total quoted value shall be derived automatically from the services charges quoted by the bidder.

12 The rates and prices tendered in the priced Bill of Quantities are for complete work and complete in all respects. It will be deemed to include all Manpower, transportation, uniform, all taxes (inclusive of GST), etc. all maintenance, contractor’s profit and establishment / over heads, all risks & insurance liabilities, compliance of labour laws and other obligations set out or implied under the contract.

PROFORMA FOR STATEMENT OF MINOR DEVIATIONS

1. The following are the particulars of minor deviations from the requirements of the Tender Document:

2. Where there is no deviation, the statement should be returned duly signed with an endorsement indicating ‘No Deviations’. In case, Performa of deviations is not submitted or submitted as blank, it will be construed that the tenderer has not proposed any deviations from tender documents.

3. If the tenderer proposes deviations in tender documents, and/or any other terms and conditions of the tender, other than in this Annexure, it will have no effect.
