Schedule'A' Part-I: Furniture Items of work

Repair to Table dining ORs (Steel) FD-165(M)

a) Maintenance & Labour for repair to steel frame by welding of table dining ORs of required (100mm to 200mm long) length of square MS tube of shape and size as existing including necessary welding and removing of old unserviceable tube all as directed and shown on drg

(b) Taking down unserviceable table top from the existing table dining ORs steel and S&F new table top made of 18 mm thick block board commercial, BWR grade, covered with 24 gauge aluminium sheet as per existing size as shown in drg, and fixing with screws on table frame complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

c) Supply & fixing new hard rubber shoes including removing of old UNSV rubber shoes from leg of table dining Ors all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

d) Material & labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamel black paint to frame of table dining ORs including preparation of surfaces all as specified & directed by engineer-in-charge.

Repair to Almirah steel large FD-67(M)/1031/Almirah Med FD 243/1032/Almirah small FD-350

(a) Removing of old unserviceable handle of almirah large/ medium and small steel and S&F new handle 125 mm long of cast iron zinc chromium plated coated of Godrej pattern with nuts and bolts complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

(b) Removing of old unserviceable locks of almirah large/ medium steel and S&F new steel locks of 50 mm size of 6 levers special type with nuts and bolts including two steel keys complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

(c) Removing of old unserviceable butt hinges of almirah large/ medium steel and S&F new butt hinges of 65 to 75 mm size and adjusting door by riveting / welding complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

(d) Removing of old unserviceable locking devise of almirah large/ medium /small steel and S&F new locking devise complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

(e) Replacement of UNSV angle iron cleat with new one for steel almirah large/med/small as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge

(f) Removing of old unserviceable broken legs of almirah large steel and S&F new legs of 1 mm thick MS sheet as per shape and size as shown on drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

(g) Removing of old unserviceable broken legs of almirah Med/small steel and S&F new legs of 1 mm thick MS sheet as per shape and size as shown on drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

(h) Painting of almirah large steel including Preparation of surfaces i.e removing old paint derusting, filling all holes and cracks or deteriorated spots of old painted steel furniture with primer, (Internally /externally) & putty then applying two coat spray painting of synthetic enamelled paint of Ist Gde, shade smoke grey/olive green as approved by AGE (I), complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge.

(j) Painting of almirah Medium steel including Preparation of surfaces i.e removing old paint derusting, filling all holes and cracks or deteriorated spots of old painted steel furniture with primer, (Internally /externally) & putty, then applying two coats of spray painting of synthetic enamelled paint of Ist Gde, shade smoke grey/olive green as approved by AGE , complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge.

(k) Painting of almirah small steel including Preparation of surfaces i.e removing old paint derusting filling all holes and cracks or deteriorated spots of old painted steel furniture with primer (Internally /externally) & putty then applying two coats of spray painting of synthetic enamelled paint of Ist Gde, shade smoke grey/olive green as approved by AGE, complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Repair to locker bed side steel FD-257 / 1029

(a) Removing of old unserviceable MS hinges of locker bed side steel and S&F new MS hinges 65 mm long with gas welding / riveting complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

(b) Removing of old unserviceable legs of lockers bed side steel and S&F new legs of 1 mm thick MS sheet as per shape and size as shown on drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

(c) Removing of old unserviceable handle of locker bed side steel and S&F new MS chromium plated handle 100 mm long complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

(d) Removing of old unserviceable hasp and staple of locker bed side and S&F new CP steel hasp and staple 75 mm long and fixed with screws complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

(e) M&L for tighten of loose shelves with mild steel riveting /spot welding complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge.

(f) Painting of Locker bed side steel including Preparation of surfaces i.e. removing old paint derusting filling all holes and cracks or deteriorated spots of old painted steel furniture with primer (Internally /externally) & putty then applying two coats of spray painting of synthetic enameled paint of Ist Gde, shade olive green complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Table steel 900 X900 X 760mm FD-1009

a) Maintenance & Labour for repair to steel frame by welding of table steel 900 X 900 X 760mm of required (100mm to 200mm long) length of square MS tube 25mm dia 1.6mm thick of shape and size as existing including necessary welding and removing of old unserviceable tube all as directed and shown on drg.

(b) Taking down unserviceable table top from the existing table steel 900 X 900 X 760mm and S&F new table top made of 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board providng 4mm thick Teakwood beading and applying two coats of french polish of best quality all-round the top.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

c) Supply & fixing new hard rubber shoes including removing of old UNSV rubber shoes from leg of table steel 900 X 900 X 760mm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

(d) Painting of table steel 900 X 900 X 760mm including Preparation of surfaces i.e filliing all holes and cracks or deteriorated spots of old painted steel furniture with primer, (Internally /externally) & putty then applying two coats spray painting of synthetic enameled paint of Ist Gde, shade olive green complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Teapoy Verandah FD-35(M) , FD-255

a) Taking down unserviceable teapoy top from the existing teapoy verandah and S&F new table top made of 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board, providng 4mm thick Teakwood beading of two coats of french polish of best quality all-round the top complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

(b) Taking down unserviceable flat iron 25mm X 3mm X 412mm length from the existing Teapoy Verandah and S&F new flat iron 25mm X 3mm X 412mm length including welding.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

c) Supply & fixing new hard rubber shoes including removing of old UNSV rubber shoes from leg of Teapoy verandah all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

(d) Painting of Teapoy Verandah-Preparation of surfaces i.e filliing all holes and cracks or deteriorated spots of old painted steel furniture with primer (Internally /externally) & putty then applying two coats spray painting of synthetic enameled paint of Ist Gde, shade White complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Chair CB steel with arms FD - 75(M)

a) Repair/replacement by removing the existing broken seat frame and supply and fixing new seat frame made out of 1st class hard wood all as per drg duly caned with 2mm wide white plastic cane Godrej pattern all round beading with 4mm plastic cane approved by AGE(I) all as per drg and specified.

b) Repair/replacement by removing the existing broken back rest frame and supply & fixing new back rest frame all as per drg duly caned with 2mm wide white plastic cane Godrej pattern all round beading with 4mm plastic cane approved by AGE(I) all as per drg and specified.

c) Repair/replacement by means the existing broken hand rest and supply and fixing new 1st class hard wood hand rest all as per drg

d) Repair/replacement by removing the existing broken iron cleat off size 65 x 19 x 3mm thick all as per drg

e) Replacing of UNSV broken rubber shoe and supply & fixing new shoe on bottom of legs of chair CB steel with arms as approved by Engr-in-charge.

f) Materials and labour for painting of chair CB steel with arm surfaces of any description of width and girdth duly prepared the surfaces and papering and remove the stains and applying one coat of synthetic enamel 1st quality OG paint (Make Asian/berger/Nerolac as directed by engr in charge and approved by AGE (I)

Chair CB steel w/o arms FD - 75(M)

a) Repair/replacement by removing the existing broken seat frame and supply and fixing new seat frame made out of 1st class hard wood all as per drg duly caned with 2mm wide white plastic cane Godrej pattern all round beading with 4mm plastic cane approved by AGE(I) all as per drg and specified.

b) Repair/replacement by removing the existing broken back rest frame and supply and fixing new back rest frame made out of 1st class hard wood all as per drg duly caned with 2mm wide white plastic cane Godrej pattern all round beading with 4mm plastic cane approved by AGE(I) all as per drg and specified.

c) Repair/replacement of existing broken iron cleat and supply and fixing new iron cleat of size 65 x 19 x 3 mm flat all as per drg

d) Replacing of UNSV broken rubber shoe and supply & fixing new shoe on bottom of legs of chair CB steel with arms as approved by Engr-in-charge.

e) Materials and labour for painting of chair CB steel with out arm surfaces of any description of width and girdth duly prepared the surfaces and sand papering and remove the stains and applying one coat of synthetic enamel 1st quality OG paint (Make Asian/berzer/or equivalent as directed by engr in charge and approved by AGE (I) Agt

Chair varandha FD-19(M)/256/259

a) Replacing/removing of old worn out plastic cane from chair varandha and supply and recaning new 4mm wide white plastic cane of best quality and in mat pattern complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge and approved by AGE (I) Agt rest all as per drg.

b) Replacing of existing worn out hard rubber shoe and supply and fixing new hard rubber shoe as approved by as AGE (I) Agt.

c) Materials and labour for painting of chair varandha Fd 19 (M)/FD-259/FD-256 preparation of old painted surfaces of chair varandha and applying one coat of painting with white synthetic enamel paint (Make: Asian/berger/Nerolac) to steel surfaces complete all as specified and shown in drg.

Charpoy GI pipe FD-220

a) Removing of old worn out unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy GI Pipe and assembling of each loose componnents by providing required threading and or retapping the assembled with new nylon newar non recycled 50mm to 55mm width white colour new duly tightened as per drg, weight of the nylon newar shall not be less than 1.5Kg each charpoy, both way and side wooven having 36 bends on long rail and 15 bends on short rails are required after tighting of charpoy as directed by AGE and all as per drg

b) Replacing of UNSV long rail supply and fixing with new long rail of GI pipe 32mm dia medium grade ISI marked (Make : TATA/Jindal) with 22 mm threading of both side end of size 1950mm long all as per drg. as directed by Engr - in- charge and approved by AGE (I) Agt.

c) Cutting and threading 22mm both side end of UNSV long rail obtained from items No 9(b) here-in before and converted into short rail of size 870mm long and fixed to GI charpoy complete all as directed by Engr -In charge all as per drg

d) Cutting and threading 22mm one side end of UNSV short rail obtained from item No 9 (b) & (c) here in-before and converted into legs of size 400mm long (Overall size - 440mm) and fixed to GI charpoy and MNF clamps 2 Nos to each legs to be provided as shown on drg complete all as directed by Engr In charge rest all as per drg

e) Supply and fixing new hard wooden block of size 35 x 35 x 40mm with one side of the leg all as shown on drg and directed by Engr in charge

f) Replacing of existing old broken GI elbow and supply and fixing new GI elbow three way 32mm dia med grade ISI mark. Weight of GI elbow 3 way shall be not less than 450gms each.

g) Replacing of existing old broken check nut and supply and fixing new 32 mm dia 10mm thick check nut ISI marked as approved by AGE. Weight of check nut shall not less than 100 grm each
