a. Charges on account of repairs to the 300mm dia NRV of Unit- I Hibdangerpora LIS by way of dismantling of NRV from the main line and carrying out necessary repairs by way of repairs/ replacement of the damaged hinge assembly, weight plate/seat and inspection window as per requirement and severity of damages. The job includes p/f of 12mm thick washer to the weight plate. The job includes p/f of rubber washer and p/f of nuts /bolts to the lid (inspection window) of the NRV and to the 2 No 300mm dia joints. —01 job b. Charges on account of repairs to the unit-3rd of Hibdangerpora LIS, 10 cusec capacity horizontal Kirloskar pump coupled to 60hp motor by way of disengaging the pump with motor at site then opening of the housing assembly from the main pump casing, lifting it and shifting it to the workshop in a private load carrier and then extracting of damaged bearings and p/f of new ball bearings 6412, 2 No and thrust bearing 51317 preferable make SKF/ARB or equivalent reputed make, with adequate greasing. The job includes fabrication of bearing cup as per sample and also includes, re-metaling of shaft at worn out portions, rebuilding of bearing seats and then balancing of shaft. The job includes assembling of the pump and carrying it back to site in a private load carrier, re-installation at site and testing on full load--—01 job c. Charges on account of fabrication, providing and fitting of 2ft long flanged 300mm dia extension piece for unit II of the Hibdangerpora LIS, fabricated out of 5mm thick MS plate and flanges shall be 12mm thick with holes at pitch line. The job includes p/f of nuts, bolts and RI cloth as per requirement for 4 No. joints—01 job d. Charges on account of replacement of damaged worn out pipe of 300mm dia, 6m long of Unit II at Hibdangerpora LIS by departmental MS pipe shifting from sub-divisional stores in a private load carrier to site by means of cutting and welding using good quality electrodes at site—01 job e. Charges on account of repairs to the 300mm dia rising main by way of replacement of damaged worn out pipe of 300mm dia 3mtr (approx) long or as per site conditions by departmental MS pipe to be shifted from sub-divisional stores in a private load carrier to site. Job includes cutting and welding, using good quality electrodes in order to arrest leakages. The job includes earth excavation and refilling back the trench after carrying necessary repairs as per site requirement by means of engaging the labours. All tools and tackles including genset, gas cutting tool, Tripod etc shall be provided by the firm for completing the job. —03 No joints. f. Charges on account of repairs to the 300mm dia NRV of Unit I and II of Baghichatkak LIS by way of dismantling of NRV and carrying out necessary repairs by way of replacing the damaged hinge pin and welding to the hinge joint. The job includes p/f of rubber washer 12mm thick to the weight plate including replacement of worn out MS weight plate as per requirement. The job includes p/f of top rubber washer and p/f of nuts and bolts to the lid of the NRV…02 job g. Charges on account of fabrication, providing and fitting of strainer to the both units of the Bagichetkak LIS, fabricated out of MS strips/MS bars by means of cutting and welding. —02 jobs h. Charges on account of 5m (or nearest available) Al ladder to the pump house. —01 job i. Providing and filling of 10L M. oil of specific grade to the pumping units of Hibdangerpora LIS.—01 job
