Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Digital signal Processor (DSP) to process signals having following specification: a. The DSP should have a 100% Full Duplex Echo Cancelling – no attenuation during full-duplex, Automatic echo cancellation(AEC), Automatic Gain Control (AGC), Dynamic Noise reduction and Frequency response between 20 Hz – 20 KHz b. USB port for integrating with Unified Software solutions like Skype, Lync etc. c. Dual capability of Local Sound Reinforcement and Far end Audio to be sent for Video conferencing at the same time without any Noise and Echo (Whatever chairman or delegates speaks through collar or hand held microphone and Gooseneck microphone, should be going to Far end location over Video Conference and also should come out of speakers for local Sound Reinforcement so that everyone present in the conference hall can also hear clearly). d. The DSP should have inbuilt/separate Amplifier along with receiver for Wireless Microphones. The amplifier shall be preferrably a single unit as DSP-cum-Amplifier, with inbuilt receiver for Wireless Microphones. e. Amplifier Features: It should consist of a minimum 200 Watts ( 100 WattsX2) at 8 Ohms or more. f. The Amplifier should have S/N Ratio > / = 80dB g. Wireless Microphone Features: 2 no. of wireless Microphones should be supplied along with DSP with Frequency band of UHF 610MHz - 680MHz or better h. Microphone Frequency Response : 80Hz~18KHz or better i. The system should have the facility to control the gain of microphone. j. Operating Range : upto 100 Feet k. Wall Mount Speakers: 4 nos of 50W wall mount Speakers should be supplied along with DSP

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of audio controller for audio conferencing with following features: a. The controller shall have digital ring network technology capable to achieve full-digital signal transmission and processing of 48K (minimum) audio sampling rate along with 20Hz~20KHz frequency response. b. Output : 16 segment equalized EQ to achieve sound field adjustment, pressure limit which can recognize the noise gate passed by human voice. c. AGC (Automatic Volume Gain Control) and AFC (Automatic Feedback Suppression) and Auto-mix technology with advanced noise cancellation technology and Echo cancellation d. Minimum 6 separated output zones function where each zone can be automatically adjusted according to the volume of the position of the microphone to achieve longer distances pickup without whistle. e. USB audio recording f. Single controller that can support up to 90 discussion units (minimum) , by using additional extension modules, if required. Main Units shall be extendable up to 5200 units (minimum) g. Audio Input: 2 channel audio input, XLR or RCA type, for local audio input / remote video-conferencing input. h. Audio Output: Maximum 8-channel audio output having XLR, RCA and Phoenix type that can be connected to simultaneous interpretation output or partitioned output i. Supply of cables and connectors suitable for the above system Note : Sufficient lenth of cable to be supplied for the proposed room of dimensions 12mx 9mx3m (LXWXH). Additional cables required if any shall be supplied by the contractor at no extra cost.
