Demolition of cement concrete/ Roof treatment of any description and in any position not other wise specially provided for padding concrete incl removal of debries to outside MD land all as specified & directed

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete(including cutting of reinforcement as required to facilitate demolition )in any description and in any position. (NOTE:-The work shall be carried out on roof 2/3 storyed bldg of any size and height, including removing the debries to out side MD land all as specified and directed)

M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1 : 3 all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC type B 0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding/ leveling concrete in roof including necessary form work etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates for platforms/raising of platforms of water tanks on roof , as in benching/coping,apex stone bed plates, over the level difference in roofs/walls.,kerbs etc including necessary form work and finishing exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified & directed .

Roughening the surfaces of old concrete roof by picking, sweeping,clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and applying neat cement slurry @3.0Kg / Sqm all as specified & directed.

M&L plastering in CM 1: 4, 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces, mixing with water proofing compound as per the manufacturers instructions, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement. Complete all as specified & directed Note : Supply only WPC will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for applying cold bituminous Primer on plastered roof surfaces with bituminous primer @ 0.3 kg / sqm as per IS 3384 and laying APP(Atactic polypropylene polymer) modified membrane 3mm thick (weight not less than 3.5 kg / sqm with non woven polyester reinforcement mineral finish laid with 100mm side overlap and 100mm width overlap sealing all round as per manufacturer instruction complete after picking sweeping with wire brushing and cleaning top surfaces of cement concrete all as specified as directed .The membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and overap sealed and finished.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removing the debries to outside MD land all as specified & directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on over brick masonry surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified & directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick in CM 1:4 including finished the surfaces smooth and even without using extra cement including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down existing 15mm bore steel tubing and connections.

Taking up or down existing 20mm bore steel tubing and connections.

Taking up or down existing 25mm bore steel tubing and connections.

M&L for 15mm bore steel water tubing, ‘medium grade’ galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as specified & directed.

M&L for 20mm bore steel water tubing, ‘medium grade’ galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm bore steel water tubing, ‘medium grade’ galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors.

Fixing only 15mm bore steel water tubing with new fittings obtained from taking down including cleaning and returning the old screw threads as required.

All as per item No 19 but 20mm bore.

S&F in repairs 500 ltrs capacity tripple layer , Rotational moulded polyethylene water tank (cylindrical vertical closed top) colour, hoisted and fixed on roof in position ,inclu all fittings such as connection piece with GI tank nipple for inlet ,outlet .washout,and and overflow etc and inclu 20mm ball PTMT Ball valve high pressure with epoxy coated aluminum rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe etc complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in repairs Gun metal gate valve, with iron wheel head screwed both ends for 20 mm bore pipe all as specified & directed.

S & F in repairs Gun metal gate valve, with iron wheel head screwed both ends for 25 mm bore pipe all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs 20mm bore Ball brass valve high pressure with poly thene float and flynut complete and screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 25mm bore Ball brass high pressure with poly thene float and flynut complete and screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule & fixed all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks,setting aside(or lowering if required) for repairs, ,cleaning etc and hosting if required reconnection and refixing in position,cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipesetc capacity of tank exc 250 & n.exc 500 Ltrs capacity complete all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks,setting aside(or lowering if required) for repairs, ,cleaning etc and hosting if required reconnection and refixing in position,cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipesetc capacity of tank exc 500 & n.exc 1000 Ltrs capacity complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surface of any description over 10cm width or grith including preparation of old surfaces all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting all as specified and directed

M&L Two coats of weather proof acrylic based emulsion paint (100% acrylic) over a coat of primer including preparation of new surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.
