Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving exc. 15 cm thick (Below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated/demolished material to a distance of exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 10 km and depositing where directed at a level in not exc 1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 150 mm thick dry lean concrete (DLC) (compacted thickness) shall be M-15 of seven days compressive strength as 10 N/Sqmm (10 MPA) design mix (using OPC 43 grade cement and content of cement minimum 250 Kg/Cum) including necessary form work, rolling and compection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 250mm thick Design mix Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less and complete all as speified and directed.

M&L for Finishing the surface concrete by spikes rolling or by making impression of expanded metal withoout using extra cement while the concrete is green and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 12 mm wide expansion joint , filled with preformed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade 'A' for 250 mm thick concrete slab and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Forming Construction joint 10mm wide and 30mm deep by cutting with diamond cutter and filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' for 250 mm thick concrete slab complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for forming Contraction(Dummy) joint 65mmx10mm wide by cutting with diamond cutter and filled by sealing compound grade 'A' for 250 mm thick concrete slab complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas not exc 1.50 m deep and getting out in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay transparent polythene film sheet of thickness 400 micron as per IS-2508 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Side lap of 150mm and end lap of 300mm shall be provided wherever required. The rate quoted shall be deemed included for the laps.

M & L for sand filling 25 mm thick including spreading levelling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 320mm thick Design mix pavement quality concrete as per design having minium flexural strength 40 kg per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre (using OPC 43 grade cement and content of cement minimum 400 Kg/Cum), mixed with polyester non-circular/triangular fibres as per manufacturers instructions @ 0.25 % by weight of cement using minimum cement content of 400 Kg including lateral support and form work and necessary cutitng with diamond cutter for forming joints laid to level gradient and camber and belting and brooming complete all as speified and directed. Note : (i) In the event of increase in cement content as per design mix formula nothing extra shall be admissible and quoted rates are deemed to include the same. (ii) Non circular/triangular fibre to be measured and paid seperately under respective item of BOQ for supply only. (iii) It is repair works of u/s PQWC pannels at various locations inside tech area on entire length of rigid pavement as per requirement. (iv) Computerised batching plant of minium 15 Cum capacity is reqd. to be installed along with mobile concrete mixture for transportation of site ready mix concrete to various locations.

Supply only polyester non - circular/triangular fibres 12 mm long with circum circle diameter 30-35 micron designated for melting point of 2400 to 2600 degree celsius and having specific gravity of 1:34 to 1:40 complete @ 0.25% of weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling 10 mm thick including spreading levelling complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing Pavement quality concrete surface with mechanical device ie JCB consisting of pneumatic hammer etc and cutting with diamond cutter at required depth without disturbing adjacent panel complete all as specified and directed. Note :- work is scattered over areas will be carried out in small quantities at different places of runway PTT Links and dispersal area as per user's requirement.

M & L for cutting PQC with diamond cutter and making groove of 05 to 12 mm wide in tarmac to a depth of 30 mm and cleaning the joints by merans of compressed air and fill the joints by mechanical means as per following process :- (i) Provision of Backup rod of suitable dia to be inserted in the joint tightly as specified. (ii) Provision of adequate masking tape on either sides of joints to avoid spillage on concrete surface before applying joint sealent and removing the same after sealing of joints. (iii) Supplying and filling of sealing compound properly for a depth of not less than 10 mm for joints upto 32mm wide after application of suitable primer as directed by Eng-in-Charge. (The finished level of sealed joints shall be on average 3 mm below the top surface of slabs.) Note :- Sealing compound shall be Bostik "Seal N flex-2K, 02 component (Base and Hardner) Bostik Polyurethane sealent of grey colour conforming to BS-5212 with minimum movement accommodation factor of +30% when tested as per ASTM C-719 or equivalent product of M/S Choksey Chemicals Pvt Ltd. or M/S STP Ltd as approved. The sealent shall have shore A @ 25 degree centigrade =15+5 and as per manufacturer's instructions.

M & L for cutting PQC with diamond cutter and making groove of 12 to 18 mm wide in tarmac to a depth of 65 mm and cleaning the joints by merans of compressed air and fill the joints by mechanical means as per following process :- (i) Provision of Backup rod of suitable dia to be inserted in the joint tightly as specified. (ii) Provision of adequate masking tape on either sides of joints to avoid spillage on concrete surface before applying joint sealent and removing the same after sealing of joints. M & L for repair to concrete slab or pavement of existing damaged edges/spoiled edges to triangular /rectangular cross section, removing all broken and loose material to a distance exc 50m but n exc 100m and cleaning the surface with compressed air to remove dust, dirt, loose sand/foreign material, washing the surface with acid solution and repairing surface /edge with Bostik ERM or equivalent product of M/S Choksey chemicals Pvt Ltd or M/S STP Ltd as approved epoxy resin mortar as per manufacturer's instructions after application of epoxy resin primer with and including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for vitrified ceramic, coloured tiles, dark shade, double charged, 10 mm thick (Square or Rectangular) nano polished, premium quality, area of each tile not exc. 0.36 Sqm, as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for vitrified ceramic,coloured tiles, dark shade/double charged, 10 mm thick (Square or Rectangular) polished, premium quanlity, area of each tile exc. 0.42 but not exc. 1.00 Sqm, as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 18 – 20 mm thick machine cut Z- black granite stone slab, single piece as per site requirement, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of the granite stone over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes and grinding and polishing bull nosing of edging complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing metal hand rail without causing damage to the structure complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for fancy stainless steel rounded hand rail, interior grade 316L in straight length with top and bottom newal posts and balusters to be fixed in concrete stair case by means of welding, grouting in stair case etc complete all as specified and directed.

S &F for 12 mm thick toughened glass including etching, boarding, designing etc and fixing on railing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing of old steel shutters side hung door leaf of size not exc 10 Sqm in same opening after carrying out repair /replacement of parts necessary by welding or bolting including greasing, oiling for smooth running of shutters complete and all as specified and directed. Note :- GI/MS sheet and other MS flat iron / angle iron, if required, will be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F rolled mild steel joist, channel, angle, flat iron or Tee sections, fixed independently without connecting plates etc. (cut to ordinary length i.e. within 20 mm of length) confirming to Fe – 290 Grade – E 165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 0.80 mm thick mild steel plain black sheet in wall cladding, steel gate and similar work, cut to size, holes punched including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted and welded seams as required including bending or turning up, mitred angles etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes in repairs in brick walls built in cement mortar for inserting hold fasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required and depth of embedded portion of holdfasts or lugs measured from the face of the jamb into the wall exc. one brick but not exc. two brick thick wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint ( camouflage and plain both pattern) over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing complete and all as spcified and directed.

S&F for 5mm thick printed PVC sheet in strips & channel feathered at the edges for fixing on Solid PVC Wall Lining, all as per specification and drawing complete all specified and directed.

S&F for Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and direcetd.

S&F for stainless steel Alphabets chrome finished having width of each word 20 cm and height 30cm and to be fixed in wall including all accessories, fixing arrangement and fastner extra complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 18/19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board, exterior grade, pre-laminated both sides with decorative choice lamination and fixed with screws/aluminium beading to aluminium frame complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Alumnium beading and rubber gasket shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of BOQ.

S&F for anodised aluminium frame, powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron), ivory colour for partition, doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates/venitlator shutter, snap grid, handle, tower bolt, gazet beading including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for standard EPDM rubber beading for fixing of glass, in partitions complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 4.80 mm thick tinted or reflective type sheet glass, glazing to aluminium door , window and the like, in squares exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surface and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed.
