Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings as in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in framed work, in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain fillets of second class soft wood (KAIL), sectional area exceeding 13 Sqcm but not exceeding 25 Sqcm in square, rectangular or traingular in section, clean sawn secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain fillets of second class soft wood (KAIL), sectional area exceeding 6 Sqcm but not exceeding 13 Sqcm in square, rectangular or traingular in section, bullnosed, splayed, chamfered or rounded on one edge or face complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination fixed with nails to timber frame work on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 9 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination fixed with nails to timber frame work on ceiling complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 6 mm thick plywood, 5 Nos of ply, grade BWP, type BB fixed with nails timber frame-work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L laminated wooden flooring 8mm thick laid over 2mm thick thermacol over 100 micron polythene film with suitable arrangement including dismantling of existing old one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for False ceiling using anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards 600mm x 600mm using hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of appropriate GI assembly if reqd complete all as specified and directd by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item 9.00 here-in-before fixing only except material complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) not exc 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc. 4 sq. m each (without taking off shutters from the frames)complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down shutter of any description n.exc 1 sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 sqm and n.exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints in 2nd Class Hardwood (KAIL) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 35mm thick of 2nd class softwood Plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers to chowkats for doors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for 30mm thick of 2nd class softwood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. devided in squares in plain, chamfered or rounded. mittered and rebated with sash bars and providing in windows, ventilators and stiles and rails etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Flat Iron as in bands, straps, hold fast, twist clamp , two way or three way strap and similar articles conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 100mm long, mild steel butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 75mm long, mild steel butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 200mm long Aluminium anodisedl barrel tower bolt of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 150mm long Aluminium anodisedl barrel tower bolt of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 125mm long extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type 'D' , anodised complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 3 mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Harrison rails, mild steel, chromium plated with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of wood and wood based material surface of any descriptiony description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for prepration of old painted surface of wood and wood based material and one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 36,770.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
