REPAIR MAINTENANCE FOR ATTENDING DAY TO DAY ONLINE COMPLAINTS OF AREA C AT NAVAL DOCKYARD VISAKHAPATNAM UNDER GE(I) DM VISAKHAPATNAM

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete masonary in PCC 1:3:6 type C2, using 10mm graded stone aggregate with solid block, exceeding 10mm width getting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ( un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L removing all dust / dirt from sunken floor and applying two layers of cement slurry mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitous composite compound coating such as Product like Sika Latex Power manufactured by Sika India Pvt Ltd or equivalent product manufacture by Fosroc Chemicals (India) Ltd / Pidilite industries Ltd / Choksey Chemicals Pvt. on concrete / brick surfaces as water proofing slurry coating as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 20 mm thick in two coats, 10 mm thick each coat with Polymer mortar (cement mortar 1:4 mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitous composite compound such as Product like Sika Latex Power manufactured by Sika India Pvt Ltd or equivalent product manufacture by Fosroc Chemicals (India) Ltd / Pidilite industries Ltd / Choksey Chemicals Pvt) on concrete / brick surfaces and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Each layer shall be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours before applying the second layer all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 150 micron thick polythene film pasted with the help of adhesives over the treatment plastered surfaces of sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 type (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor and finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall etc including racking out joint hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick/concrete wall surfaces of any description, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
