Supply & install transformer step down, 63 KVA outdoor type, copper wound, onan cooled oil immersed complete with standard fittings, HT 11 /0.433 KV, 3 Phase, LT 433 volts, 3 Phase, 4 wire,oil cooled ,copper wound with off load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage with in limit, all as per IS:1180, energy efficient level -3 tapping range (+) 5% to (-) 10% step of 2.5% each complete with first filling as per IS 335, with vector group Dyn-11 all as specified and directed. Note:- unit rate shall be included : (1) For plinth foundation in standard size and height as site required with angle iron frame etc as directed. (2) For making fencing in Standrad size to covered safe distance minium 2 Mtrs round foundation in height 6' (feets) using wire mesh , "C" chanel angle in size 50x50x6 mm for support, PCC etc all required work with full fill to IE rules/ IS directions.

Supply and fixing air breaker switch gang operated triple pole ,mechanically oprerated mounted on 12 Nos insulatior and steel frame ,with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating upto 200 Amps, 11 KV voltage working pressure conforming to IS-1818/72 and 9921/85 complete manufacuter in origional with operating handle ,fixing arrangement , operating rod, etc all as site requirement ,specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note; Quoted rate shall be included of ACSR for making inter connection / champhering , nut bolts and others for fixing etc all others site work.

Supply and erecting (as 02 pole structure) of 11 meter long steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate ,finial taper plug, bolts ,nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP - 55 including two coat of syntheter enamel paint over one coat red oxide using black paint on internal surface , aluminium paint on external surface, red and black paint strip in each 30 CM around the pole upto 1.8 Mtr above normal ground level, white paint for No marking etc complete all as directed.

Supply , laying, testing, connecting, glanding, thembling, cramping of XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminum conductor, 11000 volts ( earthed) grade, of size 3 core 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, end termination cable jointing kit ,11000 volt (earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing matterial and accessories suitable for 3 core 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm aluminium conductor XLPE armoured heavy duty cable. complete all as directed.

Supply , laying, connecting, glanding, thembling, cramping, testing and commissioning of XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 50 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing , thembling end termination jointing kit ,1100 volt grade (earthed) , 3.5 core 50 Sqmm aluminium conductor XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty cable heat shinkable suitable for In/ out door type to be fix on incoming /outgoing connection of LT panel with gland etc complete all as directed.

Supply install , testing , commissioning and connecting of automatic Voltage stabilizer servo control for automatic operation, three phase naturally oil cooled , copper wounded indoor type & designed for input variation between 300 V to 480 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second and of capacity 63 KVA including mounting of roller wheel with factory made GI frame complete all as specified and directed. Note : Qtoted rate shall be included for initial oil filling.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground vertical to a depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level using GI earth strip in size 25x4 mm connecting to TPN main DB by means of nuts bolts and washers etc. made out of galvanised iron and GI wire connected to main DBs including necessary excavation earth work PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate earth chamber 40mm thick RCC cover with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate 20 mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe and 40 mm for strip, funnel, protection pipe, adequate quantity of common salt, charcoal etc. and connecting up to main DBs complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Sch Part - 1 complete all specified and directed. (for Pole LT panel)

M&L rubber mat of 1 mtr x 2 mtr x 19 mm suitable for HT 11 KV working pressure complete.

Supply and fixing copper strip 20x3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors above ground level all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for lighting arrestor expulsion type complete with all fittings transmission class discharge capacity of 65 KA suitable for 11000 volts all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters , figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps , bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25x20 cm size all as specified and directed. Note :- Instruction shall be written in three lauguage Hindi, English and Assami on notice board.

Material and Labour for anti climbing devices, spikes type fabricated out of MS bars (round, squre and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole fixing with pole all as speccified and directed.

Material and Labur for cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel section including nut, bolts, washers, welding, bending, cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed .

M& L Mink Type Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced 6/3.66 Aluminium and 1/3.66 Steel complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. - 1, with and including stay road rod 20 mm dia and galvanised stay of size 7/2.4 mm in required length, stay clamp etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Loop type insulator, excavation, earth work and concrete to be measured and paid against the respective item.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for poles foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for sand cushioning with clean dry sand for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Punned thickness of sand layer shall be measured and paid to contractor.

M&L for Brick Sub Class 'B' locally available best quality laid in trenches with width equal to length of the bricks, above sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement contrete 1:3:6 type C -2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in pole foundation filling and mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing plain cement contrete 1:3:6 Type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerb or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges , coping to pole etc., including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for boring of hole suitable to draw up to 80 mm bore GI pipe in depth minimum 60 cm below normal ground level all as specified and as directed.

M&L for galvanised steel tubing in replacement light grade bore 80 mm with all fitting laid in trenches/ fixed with wall/ pole using fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing Disc type insulator porcelain vitreous in single series 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball suitable for 11 KV working pressure and sockets type white brown or green complete.

Supply and fixing loop type vitreous porcelain small size with overall dimensions 65x90mm ,clearance of hole 16 mm white or green complete
