Systematically cleaning and de-silting/de-sludging of blocked sewage/ waste pipe line 150mm dia of any description by rodding with using steel rod or split bamboo sticks thoroughly from both sides between adjacent manholes still to get clear flow of sewage line is observed, passing knots, kamti and disc of required size or pumping out liquid waste /sewage, plugging and diverting the flow to the drain if necessary and stacking the removed silt/sludge and depositing in excavated pits (required size and depth) exceeding 50m but not exceeding 100m. Top layers of excavation pit covered by layers of 150mm thick earth spreading with bleaching powder @ 200 gm per Sqm for disinfections purpose complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of chocked/blocked WC, bath & kitchen trap upto IC/gulley trap of any size including bailing out water/sewage manually and removing the deposited residual sludge/debris and depositing in excavated pits (required size and depth) exceeding 50 m but not exceeding 100m. Top layers of excavation pit covered by layers of 150mm thcik earth spreading with bleaching powder @200gm per Sqm for disinfection purpose ground to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

De-sludging/de-silting and cleaning of existing manholes and gully traps etc of any depth including taking out sludge/ slit and other foreign materials from manholes and gully traps of any size and staking the removed silt/sludge and depositing in excavated pits (required size and depth) exceeding 50m but not exceeding 100m. Top layers of excavation pit covered by layers of 150mm thick earth spreading with bleaching powder @ 200 gm per Sqm for disinfections purpose complete all as specified and directed. ground to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Opening cover, cleaning and de-sludging, excreta, night soil etc of existing septic tank, soak well and sewage sump completely of solid/liquid sludge by pumping or manually from inside the septic tank, soak well and sewage sump and removal of sludge and depositing in excavated pits (required size and depth) exceeding 50m but not exceeding 100m. Top layers of excavation pit covered by layers of 150mm depth earth spreading with bleaching powder @ 200 gm per Sqm for disinfections purpose complete all as specified and directed. (Note for Item No. 1.00 to 4.00 : Excavation of trenches, disposal of surplus soil and bleaching powder is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates however quantity of sludge portion only will be measured and paid. )

Excavation of liquid soil/mud for di-silting/cleaning of area drainage not exceeding 1.5m deep in soft/loose soil and removing materials exceeding 50 m but not exceeding 100m and depositing, spreading and levelling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling loose brick aggregate of gauge 80 to 150mm in soak well / soakage pit after opening of cover slab and placing the same in position after filling of aggregate including taking out old unserviceable brick aggregate from soak well/soakage pit and removed from site including cleaning of soak well complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlars facing dressed stonework & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone or concrete surface of wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation or for shafts, well, cesspits, pier holes, laying of drain pipes, pipe line, foundation for manhole etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm, soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting points in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copping of manholes / drains, benching and channel of manhole / drains, and also for bed blocks for embeddings MS rungs of manhole / septic tank including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Cost of form work is deemed to be inclusive of unit rate quoted by the contractor )

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slab of drain/manhole set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Cost of form work is deemed to be inclusive of unit rate quoted by the contractor & reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately.)

M&L for cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement mortar and making good in cement mortar (1:3) or concrete (1:2:4) type B1 as required for superficial area exceeding 100 sqcm & not exceeding 150 sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

Providing water proofing treatement to RCC sunken slab complete all as specified and directed as under:- (a) Demolished the existing damaged concrete from sunken portion carefully upto RCC slab including taking out of water closet and traps etc (depth approx 400 mm and area not less than 3.00 sqm). (b) Cleaning the existing RCC sunken slab and vertical wall/RCC beam as per direction. (c) 15mm thick plaster over the flat & vertical surface in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions . (d) Applying two coats of elastomeric acrylic water proof coating using roller, each coat of elastomeric acrylic compound required 6-8 hours to dry, 2nd coat shall be applied on fetting the first coat complete dry consumption of materials shall be as per manufacturer's instructions . (e) Filling the sunken portion with PCC (1:5:10) type E2 with using 40mm graded stone aggregate. (f) After complete treatment of RCC sunken portion same shall be tested with 72 hrs ponding test, to obserbve the leakage and seepage from RCC portion (Note: Payment shall be allowed after getting satisfactory test report of ponding test)

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats with shutter or fame wooden/PVC/steel/Aluminium not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm X 47mm made out of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube as per specification and drawing as mentioned in SSR Part-II (2020), Section 8, Page No. 178 complete all as specified and directed.
