Earthwork in excarvation by mechanical means in all types of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, sand, silt, clay, gravel moorum, of all varieties shingles, pebbles, all types of conglomerates, laterite rock, soft rock, ordinary rock, disintegrated or weathered rock, fissured / shattered, decomposed rock and all such other materials either in full or in parts, as the case may be by adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiseling, wedging etc, but blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul conditions etc. including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering including setting out construction of, shorting, strutting and bracing, removal of stump and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, providing barricading, danger lighting, guarding etc and backfilling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposing of surplus excavated soil/rock at specified areas with all leads and all lifts etc as per specification and drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc. all complete.
Providing and laying stone rip for talus with basaltic / grinitic stones 60% of which shall coprise stones not less than 0.0425 cu m(1.5 cft) in size each and remaining 40% comprising well graded rubble not below the size of 0.0142 cum(1/2 cft) including the cost of conveyance of all material, spreading hand packing, wedging etc for all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer in charge
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping and removal of form work for :a)Foundation footings bases for columns & mass concrete.
b)Vertical surfaces such as retaining walls , return walls, walls (any thk) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, etc.
c) Columns, Piers, Pillars, Aburments, Posts and struts (square rectangle polygon in plan)
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping and removal of form work for : v)Sides and soffits of beams,beams haunchings, cantileaver,gurders,bressumers & lintles,plinth beams exceding 1m in depth.
xiii)Suspended floors, roofs,landings,shelves & their supports.
Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishingin: a) All works up to plinth level
b) In retaining walls , return walls(any thk) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc, upto floor five level.
Providing and laying in position (1:11/2:3) Reinforced cement conrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinfrocement (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand:3 graded stone agg 20mm nominal size a) All works up to plinth level.
b)In walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and structs etc. upto floor five level
Providing and laying in position ready mixed concrete (RMC) with usage of Ordinary Portland Cement manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for a lead upto 10kms having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C., from the transit mixer to the site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including the cost of admixtures in recommended porportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability as per the directions of the engineer-in-charge. All works upto floor V level. iv) M-25 grade of concrete
Providing and fixing 40 mm dia G.I. Pipe railing in 3 rows complete with G.I. Fittings incl. Painting of pipes and fittings with white paint of approved quality incl. A priming coat with a ready mixed primer for new works incl. Providing R.C.C. 1:2:4 rail posts of size 0.15 x 0.15 x 1.00 M with base of 0.25 x 0.25 x 0.3 m at every 2 mts intervals and double rail post with a bar drawings inclusive of cost of reinforcement etc. all complete including white wash washing of rail posts etc. all complete.
Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL,TATA. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) ) (Confirming to IS1786 of 1986) for RCC work including bending,binding & placingin position in all the floors along with the factorymade precast concrete cover blocks of specifiedsizes whose compressive strength is not less thanthat of surrounding concrete in the structuralmember.
Construction of embankement with approved material obtained from borrowpits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting with Static roller to meet requirement of Table 300-2 as per MORTH specification 305
Supplying of laterite stone soling of size 150-200 mm size and murrum having P.I. Value not more than 6 and laying including packing with smaller stones and consolidation with power road roller including spreading, watering and consolidation of binding material etc.(Measurements shall be considered on finished item) .
Providing and laying 50mm(consolidated thickness)full grout using granitic or basaltic stone of specified grading at 6.00 cu.m. per 100 sq.m. grouting with hot bitumen straight run bitumen(or with such bituminous material of grade and type as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge)at 5.0kg. per sq. m. binding with key aggregate of granitic or basaltic stone of specified grading at 1.5 cu.m. per 100 sq.m. including Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminious surface laid with F.E loader with 1 Cu.m. bucket capacity to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A seal coat with 0.98 kg/sqm of bitumen of grade as per MoRT&H specifications clause 513.
Stone pitching of 22.5 cms thick using laterite stone of approved quality in cement mortar 1:5( 1 cement : 5 coarse sand) including supplying of stone and preparing surface etc. complete.
Providing and fixing PVC WATER SEAL in construction joints as per design and drawing shall withstand the pressure to the tune of 5 Kg/cm2 of approved quality and confirming to relevant IS code and shall be of one piece and jointing of small pieces shall be avoided, the nominal width shall not be less than 305 mm. and the thickness shall be between 9.00 to 12.00 mm and shall withstand minimum hydro static pressure of 30 m. of water, including the cost of all materials, labourers, tools and plants required in the operation of above work and including incidentals involved as per specification, drawings and directives of Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fixing of fiber glass reinforced (FRP) needles along with FRP coated MS frame needles shall be made out standared quality FRP composite materials smooth surface shall be provided from both side of needles for interlocking in to each boxe type grooves protect the edge of the neddle rubber seal size 15x4 mm thick shall be fixed in to the groove for water tight perfsrmence. handles shall be provided in two locations for lifting and lowering of the needles shall be triler made sections as per the size required at site for closing the bandhara. a) for thickness of needles 115mm+ 3mm ( Hallow Type ) at center and 65 +3 at ends for water depth 2 mts to 4 mts from the top and width not more than 2 mts clear span.
b) for thickness of needles 65mm+ 3mm ( Hallow Type ) for water depth 0.00 mts to 2.00 mts clear span.
