Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth in all kinds of soil in pick work and jumper work work complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.(i)n 60% Pick work & 40 % Jumper work

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work blasting soft or hard rock or by chiselling soft or hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming/ chiselling of sides and bed stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and returning the excavated soil after completion of work in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement :3 sand: 6graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement :one and half sand : three graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work in all leads and lifts in (a) Foundation ,footings bases of columns and the like mass concrete in all leads and lifts

(b) walls any thickness, attached pillasters , plinths and string courses etc.from top of foundation level upto all floor level in all leads and lifts .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1Cement :2 sand:4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing completre excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all leads and lifts in :- (a)Suspended floors, roofs, landing, shelves and their supports balconies, lintels, beams girders bresmers and cantilevers upto all floor level .

Foundation footing basis of columns and the like and mass concrete in all leads and lifts

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angles iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including certring shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in all leads and lifts in:-(a) Vertical surface such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like

(b) flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs, landings and the like in(a) floor etc. upto any thickness. in all leads and lifts

(c ) edges of slab in all leads and lifts

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying no fine concrete 1:6(1cement:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and placing in horizontal layers filtering media duly graded screened washed and cleaned as specified by the Engineer-in-charge including all leads and lifts. (i) Fine and screened, cleaned, washed and graded effective size 0.20 to 0.40 with uniformity co-efficient 2 to 3).

(ii) Coursed sand screened, washed and graded from 3mm to 6mm

(iii) Bajari coursed screened, washed and graded from 6mm to 20mm

(iv) Bajari coursed screened, washed and graded from 20mm to 25mm

(v)Broken stone screened washed and graded from 50mm to 75mm

Providing and placing in horizontal layer dry bricks in two layers as specified by the Engineer-in-charge including all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing Gun metal peet valvewith hand wheel for inlet, scour and over flow pipe of following dia in all leads and lifts. i) 65mm dia

(ii)40mm dia

Fixing GI pipe light grade for inlet, scour and over flow pipe of following dia in all leads and lifts. i) 65mm dia

Providing and fixing of SFRC manhole cover with frame confirming to IS 12592 (part-II) 1991 with latest ammendments medium duty circular type 600mm dia in all leads and lifts.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shade including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust mortar dirt and other foreign matter as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing RCC fencing post 2.50 meters long eentre to center with 6mm bar nib as per approved design complete in all respect

Fixing of RCC post with 2.50 mtrs C/C complete in all respect

Providing and fixing galvanised steel barbed wire (IS: 378-1962 Type-i) 2.50 mtr. C/C with 9 Nos. horizontal rows and 2 Nos. diagonal rows complete

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in grating framed guard bar ladders, railing brakcet and similar work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing M.S. pressed parliamentry hinges 125x125x27x280mm complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing M.S. sliding door bolt 250x16mm complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
