EARTH WORK EXCAVATION

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.All kinds of soil

DISMANTLING AND REFIXING

Electrical Labour works - Dismantling of existing ceiling fan, light fittings, Switch Boards, DB Boards (SPN and TPN) ,Meter board etc using mechanical means or physical means without disturbing the overall structure of proposed area. All items dismantled and shall be made a checklist for returning back to concerned Authorities. All items shall be verified by Electrical Engineer (HLL) before handing over. If any working product is damaged during transit, the same shall be replaced without any additional claim.

METER BOX CUBICLE TYPE FABRICATED: Supplying and Installing by testing and commissioning of 3 Phase 440 V, 50 Hz IEC standard Meter box Cubicle type, dust and vermin proof with wall mounting/ recess by cutting the wall / making good of damages/ color washing/ fixing directly to wall by Anchor bolts made of CRCA sheet metal powder coated with three numbers of HRA fuse carriers , Neutral din Bar, Earth din bar, Provision for mounting kWH Meter, getting approval from KSEB, submitting of Completion certificates and arranging inspection, getting sanction from KSEB, obtaining power allocation if necessary and power connection etc. All statutory payments will be reimbursed on production of the original receipts.
