Providing and fixing polycarbonated tranparent sheet 1.20mm ( one decimal twenty milimetre) in roofing with galvanised J or L hooks botls and nuts with G.I. Limpet and bitumen rubber washer complete with all accessories as required , as per approved drawing, design and specification including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental, and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, of Tata/ Sail including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etcetera in earth work by mechnical means (hydraulic excavator/ manual mean in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, jumper blasting work, soft and hard blasting and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, including shoring, shuttering and pumping out water upto any depth and any quontam of water including slush which may be arise during de-watering removal of slush and stacking the serviceable and un-serviceable material clear from the edge of excavation as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge and retuning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimeter) layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all excavated earth as per approved drawing, design , specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 P.C.C. grade M-10 (M- Ten )1:3:6 (One cement isto Three sand isto six graded/crushed stone aggregate) 40mm (Forty milimetres) , as per approved drawing, design , specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (seven decimal five) in super structure : cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four coarse sand) including curing complete , as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

15mm (Fifteen milimetres) thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor levels including arises internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty milimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:6 (One cement isto six sand) as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying white cement based putty of Birla / JK average thickness 1 mm ( one milimetre) over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete, as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of Asian / Dulax / Berger / Nerolac Suraksha paint of required shade Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm ( one decimal sixty seven litre per ten squaremetre) on existing cement paint surface , as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge In cement mortar ,as per approved drawing, design and specifications and including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 (fifty metres) lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge in cement mortar ,as per approved drawing, design and specifications including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm ( three hundred into three hundred milimetres) or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in colours White, Ivory, Grey, Red Brown, laid on 20 mm (twenty milimetres) thickness cement mortar 1:4 (one Cement isto four Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm ( three decimal three kilogram per squaremetre) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge , as per approved drawing, design and specifications including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Repairs to plaster in patches of 2.50 Sq.M. Providing and fixing anodized colured aluminium Frame work Jindal/ Hindalco for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. Pre-laminated partical board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
