Annual Maintenance of 132 KV Transmission lines under ETD-IV, Varanasi for one year

Periodic tower to tower ground patrolling of following lines under ETD-IV, Varanasi (as per details enclosed). The work includes capturing of co-ordinates of all tower locations, all power line crossing, river crossing, railway crossing, canal crossing, plantation under line corridor, preparing list of missing/loose/hanging/rusted/broken tower parts, stubs, broken chimney/ coping, excavated/rain cut tower footing surrounding, damaged revetment walls, missing/damaged tower accessories, conductor accessories and any other deformities observed at any location and submit report in triplicate copy. Fixing of missing pieces & tightening of loose/hanging tower parts and nut & bolts and proper punching & tack welding (only missing tower parts, nut-bolts, conductor, earthwire and OPGW accessories will be provided by department and the thermo vision camera, lightening arrangement in night hours at site and all T&Ps used for completing the work should be provided by contractor on their own cost) and clearing the entire lines corridor from undesirable plantation, scrapes etc as per schedule mentioned below- i. Regular patrolling will be done four times in a year. ii. Emergency patrolling will be done immediately as and when required after tripping/breakdown of lines in affected portion only (approx Qty.=twice the length of line in a year. iii. Cleaning of disc insulator will be done once in a year from October to November month (only in polluted area) iv. Thermal scanning will be done once in a year before the summer start. v. Jumper tightening will be done once in a year after thermal scanning when required. vi. Missing tower parts replacement will be done immediately as per requirement. vii. Checking/tightening of conductor/earthwire OPGW/tower accessories will be done once in a year as well as when required. viii. Preventive maintenance/normal breakdown of damaged/broken jumpers /conductor/ earthwire/OPGW /insulator string etc. will be done at various locations immediately. Simultaneous normal breakdown of same line/different lines will be attended in parallel without any delay. Details of lines- i. 132 KV Aurai(400)-Aurai DC line 7.35 Km ii. 132 KV Aurai&Gopiganj SC line 15.8.Km iii. 132 KV Aurai-Bhadohi SC line 15.00 Km iv. 132 KV T-off-Chauri SC line 7.88 Km. v. 132 KV Gopiganj-Gyanpur SC line 23.627 Km vi. 132 KV Bhadohi-Jaunpur SC line 23.00 Km vii. 132 KV Aurai-Kachhwa TSS line 15.07 Km viii. 132 KV Rajatalab-Kachhwa DC line 13.434 Km.
