Dismantling asbestos cement corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets including AC ridges etc., as in roof covering, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or J type hooks including rubber washer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or J type hooks including rubber washer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing of rolled mild steel works as in bands, straps, wind ties, angle cleats and similar small articles etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including dismantling existing mild steel complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 250 and n.exc 500 ltrs, setting aside for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing in positiion etc complete after cleaning incl writing date of cleaning in letter/ number 100mm high , complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 5 above but capacity exc 500 ltrs but n. exc 1000 ltrs, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting and uprooting of grass vegitation over roof surfaces , roughning old bricks tile/concrete surfaces by picking sweeping clean wire brushing and washing down with water to remove dust etc incl flashing & junction of parapits filling damaged /open joints in CM1:3 and applying neat cement slury 3.00 kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40 mm thick (average thickness) PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) with WPC as in roof padding, levelling course, and finishing top surface even and smooth without using extra cement to recieve APP membrane , complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment with following application over roofs surface complete, all as specified and as directed :- (i) Applying bituminous primer at the rate of 0.4 Litres/Sqm as per IS 3384-1986 on prepared surfaces of roof. Surface shall be kept free, till the primer is impregnated and the solvent oil in the primer get evaporated. (ii) Applying one coat of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 as binding material conforming to IS-73 at the rate of 1.2 Kg/Sqm. (iii) APP based polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, mimnimum 3 mm thick black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt, wth a thermo fusible finish, torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm at sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing complete. (iv) Applying one coat of bituminous aluminium paint over top surfaces of APP membrane. Note :- The water proofing treatment shall be carried out by the manufacturer or his authorised applicators in terms of clause 11.43 of MES Sch Part-I (2009)

Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing (in repair), water storage tank 500 litre capacity HDPE double layer ISI marked fixed and hoisted in position on staging or roof complete with locking arrangement including over flow pipe, air lock pipe, brass valve 20 mm high pressure with polythene float and flynut , ISI marked, screwed and suitable for iron pipe 20 mm bore,and removing old complete all as specified and as directed.
