Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Supply and Filling of Stone

Providing and laying damp-proof Course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete

Providing Laying Brick work with of F.P.S. bricks of class designation in 1:6 mix Cment mortar

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level. 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level Cold twisted bar

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc.

15 mm thick Cement plaster of mix 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

P/F of Steel Door and Windows and shutter

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. Complete. 40mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) and of required shade on new work, over and including water thinnable priming coat to give an even shade

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work

Carriage of Sand and Bajri . For avg. of 10 km by MT

Carriage of Stone For avg. of 250mtr by H L
