The U groove channel section shall be rigidly to supporting frame work along with sheet with self taping self drilling steel screws fixed approx 150 mm center to center . the open end edges of polycarbonate sheet shall be provided with aluminium channel of size 10x10x1.5 mm and weight not less than 0.2 kg/m with necessary self tapping screws . the joints of the structure shall be properly sealed with silicon sealent wherever required so as to make the fabricated structure totally water proof . the rate shall include the cost all material such as aluminium section set and channel EPDM gasket , self tapping screws,nuts and bolts and silicon sealant and the materials required to cut , fabricated and fix the structure complete as per direction of engineer in charge ( cost of supporting steel tubular structure frame work provided shall be paid for separately). Finishing sheet area shall be measured for the purpose of payment.

The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required location with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer- in Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
