OD221898/2024-2025:1) Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of KWA prequalified reputed make tube well submersible pump set with SS impeller, SS shaft and CI pump casing suitable for bore well with 180 mm dia inner casing pipe. The duty condition is as follows 2) Motor - Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of KWA prequalified reputed make vertical solid shaft foot mounted TEFC 3phase induction motor suitable for the above pump set working 3 phase, 50 Hz , 415 V working in AC supply. 3) Soft Starter - Supply erection, testing and commissioning of suitable rating (Fully automatic ) starter for the above motor with over voltage and under voltage protection , single phase preventer, over load relay with motor protection relay complete 4) Panel board (suitable for operating two pump sets bunt one pump set at a time ). 5) Valves- Supply of suitable size best quality heavy duty ISI marked double flanged sluice and Non return valves with suitable pressure rating. Fitting of valves shall include proper RCC support especially for Non return valve. 6) Suction and delivery pipe connections - Supply and fitting of suitable size best quality G I pipe (Medium) for total length of 10 meter suitable for the above pump set connecting the delivery side of the pump with valves and suitable specials to connect with the pumping main. 7) Supply and installation of suitable glycerin filled pressure gauge. 8) Maintenance for a period of two years

CONSTRUCTION OF PUMP HOUSE

OD221903/2024-2025:Supply and instalation of prefabricated concrete cabin pump house of Inside size 1.8m x 1.5m and height 2m above basement with RCC roof gabled or flat. The cabin have one door frame, 2 nos of Ventilators with RCC grill including the supply and erection of RCC post and slab for fixing the panel board including the cost of materials and all labour charges. including transportation and erection charges etc. Complete as per the direction of departmental officers.

LINKING BORE WELL WITH EXISTING PUMPING MAIN

100.1.1:Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc., including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth up to 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc., and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m, in all kinds of soil.

100.8.1:Fencing one side of trenches, 1.50m height with two rows of 10cm plastic caution tape in vertical casuarina pole (girth 15cm to 24cm) fixed at 2m intervals.

15.43.2:Dismantling manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge:Bituminous road
