Providing and fixing windows (ECO 5000 SERIES of NCL Allteck Seccolar or Equivalent) made of pre-painted steel (Base steel as per IS 513 of 0.58mm thick galvanized as per IS 277 with Zinc of 120 GSM) primer coated with epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 micron thick and back coated with 5-7 micron thick alkyd backer. Section for outer frame should be of 98X52mm, center mullion should be of 46X70mm, section for shutter frame should be of 46mmx46mm and section for glass beading should be of 18 mmX25 mm. Outer frame & mullion section to have rebate for glazed shutters, fly mesh and a 20mm provision for guard bars/grills.
