Supplying, planting buffalo grass of approved quality for development of grass lawn works, removal of all unwanted vegitation, wild growth, levelling, sectioning the ground before planting the grass, removal of waste, surplus earth, stone etc. to a distance of 150 metre,necessary earth work if required. Planting of grass shall be done, so that the grass is grown spread in the whole area within a period of 2 months. Planting of maintaining the lawns in good condition for a period of one year from planting, watering, periodical cutting, manuring, anti termate treatment, engagemnet of worker for de weeding, watering, cutting etc.; all as per the direction of Engineer in charge. Payment terms 50% of payment for the work will be given on planting and next 25 % after 2 months, on growth of grass spread in whole area and balance 25% payment after one year on stisfactory maintence

Suuplying, laying pipe line work for watering the plants/ lawns, embedding the pipe lines in ground with necessary specials, fixtures, fittings, valves etc. as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and planting following flower plants , planting in pit of size 30x30x30 cm including filling the pit with screened red earth mixed with coco pit and maintaining the plant in healthy condition, watering all as per direction of Engineer incharge . Payment terms 50 % on planting 25% after 2 months 25% after one year on satisfactory maintence
