Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, mass fillings for posts/struts etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc steel complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F, Rolled mild steel Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lenghts i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) GDE Fe 410-0 W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surfaces of any description exc. 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F, Pre painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exc 250M but not exceeding 500 M and depositing where directed etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Surface excavation n exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep in Hard/ Dense soil. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Materials and labour for broken stone or boulder hard core of gauge n.exc, 63mm deposited spread and leveled in layers n.exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface ccomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase of floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 20mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying of floor tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rect) area of each tiles exc .11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L for PCC (1;2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agregete as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges of interlocking tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F, 1000 ltr Double Lid white loft tank made from durable material (FDA Grade Material) for storing water with 01 Nos of float value to prevent from overflow complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F, 15 mm bore stop valves/angle valves cast copper alloy fancy type , chromium plated with long shank and cup (concealed type) screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
