MAINTENANCE AND ALLIED LANDSCAPING WORK

Making necessary arrangements for maintenance of Landscaped area including attending all the garden cultural operation in time, i.e. weeding, hoeing, watering, mowing of lawns, hedges, big plants, flowering plants , shrubs, grass lawn etc., clipping & maintenance of hedges, spreading of good earth/manure, preparation of flower beds and plantation of seasonal flower. Routine basis insecticides, fungicides, manure application, ring formation, pathway cleaning and other related works such as operation & maintenance of fountain & its allied fitting fixture with pumps, lights etc. water supply to the landscaped area and its maintenance in landscaped area as directed by NLUO from time to time in order to maintain the entire landscaping area per month.

Rate for cleaning which includes but not limited to grass/tree/shrub cutting to maintain uniformity, weed/unnecessary plant removal & control and disposing the debris in proper process, per month.

Rate for manuring which includes but not limited to routine basis insecticides, fungicides, manure application all complete to maintain the plants in good condition, per month.

Rate for routine plant maintenance work which includes but not limited to weeding, hoeing, watering, mowing, spreading of good earth/sand, preparation of flower beds and plantation of seasonal flower etc. all complete to maintain the plants in good condition, per month.

Rate for daily operation and maintenance of fountains along with maintenance of pumps, lights, fittings, electrical panels etc all complete per month.
