RequiredEnlistment Order of the Contractor in appropriate class of B and R category in CPWD.
RequiredGST registration Certificate in the state of Gujarat, if already obtained by the bidder. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration as applicable, then he shall scan and upload following undertaking along with bid documents as per Annexure-II
RequiredCopy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD (including NIT issuing EE). The EMD receiving Executive Engineer (including NIT issuing EE) shall issue a receipt of deposition of earnest money deposit to the bidder in a prescribed format, uploaded by tender inviting EE in the NIT (Annexure-I).
RequiredExisting Enlisted Contractor -Upload the ERP Training Certificate of the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) training through any of the CPWD Regional Training Institutes (RTIs) at Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata. National CPWD Academy (NCA) Ghaziabad as per NIT condition. (The enlisted contractor will not be allowed to participate in tendering process without uploading the certificate of above training).
RequiredNewly Enlisted contractor -Upload Certificate or Undertaking for the ERP Training Certificate of the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) training through any of the CPWD Regional Training Institutes (RTIs) at Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata. National CPWD Academy (NCA) Ghaziabad within 45 days of the date of issue of enlistment order, after which they will not be allowed to participate in tendering process without uploading the training certificate (Annexure-III).
