Reconstruction work at Kartauli Jaraul to Saidpur Mustkil road (Transfered from Ganna Department) in Distt Bareilly in financial year 2026-27

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 with 45 -63 mm stone ballast as per Technical Specification Clause 405) including supply of all meterial T&P, labour and all taxes etc. But excluding GST for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Brick edging on both sides of the road of first class bricks 8 cm (3") wide and 12 cm. 4½"deep laid with mud mortar including labour and supply of. bricks finished to required template and proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS0-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at rate of 0.70 Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using Bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type as per Technical Specification Clause 508)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 Grade M30, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 including supply of all meterial T&P, labour and all taxes etc. But excluding GST for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads transporting to site spreading grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 (Carted Earth work for 1 km)

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3
