Removing old worn out (unserviceable) HDPE bags / gunny bags from stacks filled with sand etc and supply & placing in position new HDPE bags / gunny bags inner laminated layer standard quality, wt. of bag shall not be less than 90 Grams per bag and filled with locally available sand / soil (Approx. Qty – 1.20 Cuft. in each bags) including tying properly & stacking neatly, placing the bag at different heights etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors,aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar or laid dry and pointed including removal of debries from the premise complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface for skirting/dado etc complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tile with grey cement and pigment (of approved tint) of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick , set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry complete.

M&L for outdoor coloured vitrified paving tiles, of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 8 to 10 mm thick as in floors etc laid over and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete.

M&L for Green Marble work 15 to 18 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade complete all as spd and directed

Material & Labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 20 mm thick sand screed bed complete.
