Note : Before Finalization of source the bidder has to carry out Baseline survey & studies, source feasibility studies, Survey and Investigation details are given in data sheet Tube Wells 110metres deep each at various locations at Shian and Chakkar near Suketi Khad Transportation of Rig along with allied accessories etc. complete including erection and levelling at site, through all kinds of roads, approaches, fields etc. in all leads and lifts up to site of work complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Earth work in foundation for digging tube well in all kinds of soil including dewatering, soring, strutting from ground level to 5 mtrs, including disposing of excavated soil in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge
Drilling of bore as per specification laid down in IS-2800-1991( part-1) with upto date amendments if any with percussion Rig, direct rotary or combination drilling Rig starting with 650-600mm dia MS pipe reduced to 450-400mm dia MS pipe conforming to IS-4270-2001 with upto date ammendments, if any , in all kinds of soil such as boulders , rocks , collapsible strata, saturated soil, artesian condition including the cost of consumable stores, water, fuel , lubricants and other accessories etc. complete in all respect and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Collection , preservation and display of suitable size sample box with top lid & locking arrangement till handing over of the tube well to the department complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and lowering IS marked electric resistance welded MS pipe 300mm diametre nominal size housing 8 mm thick having out side diametre 323.90 mm screwed and socktted conforming to IS specification No.4270-2001 with upto date amendments , if any , in a random length of 4 mtrs to 7mtrs , welded without any circumferential joints into bore hole in vertical position including cost of all scaffolding, derricks, poles clamps and embedded in foundation etc including cost of all cutting, threading and welding of pipes etc with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and lowering at site Electrical resistance welded (ERW) stainless steel cage type V-wire wound screens of size 300mm, 8mm thick with slot opening 1.0mm as per IS-8110-2000 with upto date ammendments if any and material specifications as per AISI (American iron and steel Inst.) type Grade SS-304 in suitable length as per site conditions including the cost of SS socket 8mm thickness of length 140mm conforming to AISI grade 304 suitable to accommodate screen and ring including jointing screen with blind pipe complete in all respect including cost of all scaffolding,darricks, poles,clamps embedding in foundation etc including cost of all cutting , threading and welding of pipes etc within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Screen will be of continuous trapezoidal wire spirally wound around fabricated cage. The wrapping wire having a "V" shaped (Wedge) profile wire with flat surface on the outside and producing expanding slots on the inside of various dimesions, resistance welded to a cylindrical body made of number of longiludinal special high tensile support rods to provides smooth unrestricated bore which are in turn welded into cylindrical ring coupling on both side of screens.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Providing and packing of gravel consisting of hard quartz or other suitable material with an average specific gravity of not less than 2.5 not containing more than 2% by weight of thin flat or elongated pieces shall be of sub rounded pr rounded grains with minimum angular features of size 2- 3.35 mm & shall be free from impurities such as shafe, shales, mica, felspar , clay, sand, dirt, loam beamatte and organic material as per IS-4097-1967 with upto ammendments if any around intake of tube well within minimum thickness of shround around screen generally 100mm to the entire depth of the bore as per IS 2800 (Part.I) 1991 with upto date ammendments if any within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Extraction of all sizes blind /casing pipes with machine starting from the bottom of the bore hole with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.a) In contact with soil

Development of tube well by back washing method, with air compressor of minimum 750CFM capacity pumping pipe of 200mm size and air line of minimum 65mm size or with other suitable method, till the well is thoroughly delveoped as per clause 4.2 of IS-11189-1985 with upto date amendments if any. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Development of tube well by continuous over pumping method with VT pump /submersible pumps of suitable capacity not less than double the discharge established by the compressor method /design discharge until the well is sand free as per IS-11189-1985 with upto date ammendments. if any, complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. The draw down and discharge to be established by running the VT /submersible pump continously for 8 hours in the presence of officer not less than the rank of Assistant Engineer.
Testing the verticalty of the tube well as per clause 4.3 of IS-2800 (Part-II) 1979 with upto date ammendments, if any using plumb or plunger 6mm smaller in dia within the inside diametre of the well casing.The results of the verticalty test shall be recorded on proforma shown in appendix A of IS-2800(Part.II) 1979 with upto date ammendments, if any, as appended with the tender documents and handed over complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Dismentalling of the Rig and other allied accessories after completion of job within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Construction of barbed wire enclosure of minimum of size 2.5x2.5m to safe guard the bore of tube well with angle iron of size 40x40x6mm , 1.5mtr in height embedded in concrete block of 30x30x30cm in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning of Pump House & Chowkidar Room at following Locations including all allied Civil Works , Electrical works, Sanitay work, Site development, cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils, C/o PCC/RCC Retaining walls, Breast walls, Toilets, Septic Tanks, internal and External Solar powered Street lighting, External landscaping, Fire Fighting arrangement, Gantry Crane, dewatering etc complete as directed by engineer in charge The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning RCC Circular under ground/partial under ground storage reservoirs as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in all kinds and types of strata, soil strata including dewatering in M30 design mix in foundation, walls, bottom slab , roof slab/dome with smooth finishing in 1:3 inside the tank, all alied Civil Works, Site development, cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils, C/o PCC/RCC Retaining walls, Breast walls, refilling and disposing of surplus stuff with in all leads and lifts, labour and material charges. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside CI cowl type ventilator, SFRC manhole covers including frames and covers (medium duty) with proper locking arrangement water level, indicator, RCC frames for all valves ventilating shafts shall also be provided including all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness all works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves shall be included in the rates of tanks . Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centring ,shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens & ballies, ht. of propping & centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. & removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete work in :Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.
Providing & laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 sand: 10 Graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) with 15% plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in Retaining walls/Breast walls, the size of plums shall usually be 150 mm to 300 mm as per HPPWD specification with in all leads and lifts.

Providing, laying, welding and testing of ISI marked GMS pipes (P/E) in trenches of following dia as per IS:1239, including jointing the pipes with butt welding at both the ends (in three layers) according to relevant BIS standards/ approved specifications including manufacturing reducers/ tapers, all short pieces and bends as per site required and made from parent tubes ( to be measured and paid alongwith pipes. Providing , laying, fixing, jointing and testing in trenches MS pipe of following dia meters confirming to confirming to ISO 3183-2007 (with up to date amendments), of following grade and having wall thickness as specified below with plain end and capable of withstanding required test pressure in random length of 4 to 7 meters, including specials, short pieces, bends, reducers, tees etc. made from parent tube, providing and welding of MS flanges detailed as below. The MS flanges shall confirm to BIS 6392-1971 (with latest up to date amendments) duly welded in four layers (two inner and two outer) with pipes at both ends as per relevant BIS standards along with nuts and bolts of required sizes, 3mm thick compressed asbestos fiber/synthetic rubber gaskets confirming to relevant BIS standards. The pipes shall be factory galvanized (zinc coating both inside and outside) as per relevant IS standards and the damaged portion of the pipes and specials made from the parent tube shall be provided anticorrosive treatment by applying two coats of anticorrosive bituminous paint over a priming coat as per AWWA specifications C-203-1978. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts. The impeller of pump shall be directly mounted on extended submersible sq cage motor shaft conf to BIS 9283-1995 with up to date amendments of 1450 (N) RPM, totally dust and weather proof with detach able pump casing for easy inspection with double mechanical seal, grease/ oil lubricated bearings and provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to withstand vertical loads with minimum wear and tear,It should be fitted with device to take up expanion of water on heating of motor & suitable for operation on 415 +/- 10% volts 3 Phase 50 C/S AC supply. Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning with automation (To be paid separately) of horizontal spindle,horizontal/redial split casing/end suction(Back-pull out arrangements) single/double/multi stage star rated centrifugal pump or combination of pumps, In series/parallel of recommended make such as Mather and Platt/KSB/ Beacon Weir/Kirlosker/BE/Jyoti as per BIS 1520-1980 with upto date ammendments, read with IS:9137-1978 or latest edition suitable for lifting water for under mentioned characterestics with bronze,impellers/priming funnels,casing ring and shaft sleeves of bronze,shaft of steel grade 4508 FN8 with cast iron casing coupled directly through a flexible coupling on a common MS/Cast steel base plate (base plate to be from the manufacturer of the pumping unit only) to slip ring/ squirrel cage screen protected drip proof induction motor /motors of standard make such as Kirlosker/BHEL /Crompton /NGEF /GEC/Siemens/Jyoti /ABB and suitable for operation on 400(+/-)10% volts,50 cycles /second.3 phase AC electric supply. The power of electric motor/motors should be at +10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump/pumps in the operation range of (+) 10% and (-)15% of the duty poiint head. The motor/motors as per ISI:325:1978 with upto date ammendments read with IS 900:1972. It should include cost of bearing nuts , bolts and painting etc. and should meet the following requirements: including Pump sets (working + standby), necessary piping including common header and alongwith electrical works including all taxes, insurance, transportation, freight charges, inspection charges, loading, unloading, conveyance to Departmental stores/ site, stacking, etc. including specials and wastage etc. It shall include providing and fixing of C.I/C.S Sluice valves of approved make and appropriate class to resist the design pressure and complete as per Tender Specifications and instruction of Engineer in charge.(Refer Vol-III, Data Sheet No, 3.4 & 3.7) for 1st stage, 4 sets (2 as standby) of 15.32 lps each with 383.12 m head

Planting and maintaining plants of the flowers/trees around the Pump Houses/ WTP/Storage tanks/Sump wells etc. to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. It includes the cost of procurement of edequate and proper tools and plants, skilled & unskilled manpower, spare-parts, oil, grease, lubricants, chemicals and all kinds of regents required for water sample testing, refilling of gaseous cylinders including mechanical and head load carriage etc. and making standby arrangement all times, instruments, equipments, stationary and any other material etc. required for O& M excluding the cost of energy charges. All the operations shall be carried out as per the CPHEEO Manual of the water supply and treatment( with latest addition(, HPPWD/HPIPH specifications, HPIPH Depaartment norms and directions issued by the Engineer-in-Charge from time to time and sound Engineering practices.(Refer Vol-III, Data Sheet No, 7) Year 2021
