S/R to Medical D-Type Staff Quarter (No. D-7) Such as Construction of Shed, Plastering, Inside and Outside Wall Painting at DHH, Nabarangpur for the year 2026-27 (Building)

Earthwork in hard soil or gravelly soil with 50m initial lead and lifts including breaking the clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30 mtrs in depth leveling dressing the bed and removing all foreign materials including roots, brushes and depositing the soil in layers and rolling for ordinary compaction as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Filling in foundation trenches and plinth with sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23cm. in depth with all leads and lifts including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Plain Cement concrete of proportion of (1:3:6) using 40mm to 10mm graded clean hard black crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debris with all leads and lifts and all labour T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respects.

12mm.(1/2 Inch) thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to brick work after racking out joints including watering and curing , cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, labour with T & P required for the work etc . complete in all respect in all floors.

16mm.(5/8 Inch) thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to brick work after racking out joints including watering and curing, cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S. Grills for window and gate M.S.Door of approved design in proper position and making good to the damages to wall or R.C.C. Structure including mending or cutting to sizes or grooves in walls and fixing with C.C (1:2:4) with cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials with all labour, T&P required etc complete in all floors.

Wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer of approved shade on new work to give and even shade including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials paint labour T&P etc complete in all respect.

Painting two coats with weather seal over a coat of primer after cleaning the surface including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour with T & P etc required for the work etc complete in all respect.

Painting two coats with any approved paint over a coat of primer to wood work & iron work (Old & New) including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work in all floors including cost of paint and primer etc. complete.
