Construction of Office Building for National Statistics Office at Belagavi, Karnataka SH: Providing Inspection Vehicle for O/o the Assistant Engineer, Belagavi Sub Division for a period of 09 months.

Providing Inspection Vehicle of Maruti Swift Dzire, Hyundai Aura or equivalent for office of the Assistant Engineer, Belagavi Sub-Division, Belagavi on Monthly Hire basis up to 1400 km per month and up to 10 (Ten) hours per day on all working days excluding Sundays & other closed holidays with skilled driver having valid driving license. The quoted rate is inclusive of salary of driver, driver beta, hire charges / cost of vehicle, all kind of insurances, all nature of repair and maintenance charges, routine upkeeping charges and etc, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The vehicle should be made available on second Saturday and public holidays, if called for as per the requirement of Engineer-in-charge. Upto 1400 kms

Add/Deduct for Fuel Charges of additional running Kilometer over and above 1400 kms per month as specified in item No. 1 the rate is inclusive of fuel, engine oil etc, as Directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for running of vehicle 10 hours in a day as specified in item no: 1 & 2. The additional hours of running over and above 10 hours in a day shall be measured for payment complete as Directed by Engineer - in - charge.
