Dismantling A.C. sheets, M.S. roof structures, wooden members, jally work, brick masonry, A.R. Tile work, demolishing reinforced cement concrete etc., at all elevations and locations described above from existing ground level, providing all safety precautions to workers, machinery, materials etc., erecting required support and covering work and screen to arrest spreading of dust form smooth and safe demolition under safety work permit, machine cutting of reinforced cement concrete slab ofthickness upto 30cm with incorporated cross beams of all section sizes at all elevations and locations for separating existing building from demolition front on safety point of view, making good the cut portion, collecting, loading conveying and unloading masonry and concrete debris free of scrap items to eastern salvage yard or at places pointed out by engineer-in-charge and levelling debris, stacking useful items within factory compound (if masonry and concrete debris are not taken out from factory area as per item No. 2 as decided by TCC), handing over items not mentioned above to TCC at no extra cost, taking out retrieved M.S. Scrap on weighment of record after clearing resulted. Clearing the site and levelling the area, including all labour charges, ESI, PF, KCWWF contributions and all other levies, hire for tools, trucks, scaffolding, all safety support and covering, PPE's, cordoning the location, all taxes payable etc., complete

Collecting and taking out scrap materials retrieved out of demolition such as steel reinforcement rods, M.S. structurals etc., weighing at company weigh bridge, including sorting items and loading to lorries and taking out, after remitting agreed rates in advance, including all lablur charges for collecting, loading, weighing etc., all other incidentals. Quote Rate per Unit of items to be remitted to Company. (GST is chargeable @18% above the quoted rate)
