Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders.

The departments shall not be responsible for non accessibility of e Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end

Furnish the details in the formats attached with bid document and upload the same

The bidder shall note that for terms & conditions of requirements, qualification criteria refer bid document and uploaded in the portal.

Consultant should Empanelled in Karnataka PWD North, East zone Kalaburagi.

Pre site visit and pre Bid meeting attending is mandatory for tender participation

The turnover certificate shall invariably contain UDIN

The Assignment of preparation of DPR and Structural design drawings including land acquisition proposals shall be completed within Thirty (30) days from the date of Agreement.

THE BIDDERS/CONSULTANTS ARE INSTRUCTED TO SUBMIT ONLY RELEVENT INFORMATION WITH RECORDS AS REQUIRED AND SPECIFIED IN QUALIFICATION CRITERIA.ANY JUNK, SUPERFLOUS AND UNNECESARY DOCUMENTS IF UPLOADED WILL TREATED AS MISLEADING AND SUCH TENDERS ARE LIABLE TO BE REJECTED.

The tenderer shall note that rates quoted are inclusive of all taxes, GST etc., It may be noted that GST will not be paid separately.

The Tenderer must submit Work Experience/Consultancy work done documents duly attested by Gazzeted Officer and also produce original documents to the Executive Engineer for confirmation

The Employer reserves the right to reject one or all tender without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

The employer is not responsible for any delay in accessing KPPP.

It may be noted that the cost of the Tender form shall not be refundable

Department will not supply any equipments/materials.

The Tenderer must submit Work Experience/Consultancy work done documents duly attested by Gazzeted Officer and also produce original documents to the Executive Engineer for confirmation.

As per Government circular no FD 355 EXP-12/2024 dtd01.08.2024, Letter of Intent (LoI) will be issued in Karnataka Public Procurement Portal 2.0 software, contractor has to accept LOI online and submit the BGs through KPP portal within 20 days. if not, tender will be rejected as per Guidelines.

All precautions should be taken by the contractor so that there are no damages to such public/ private properties

The intending contractors are requested to note that they should abide by the detailed instructions and conditions contained in the Standard Tender documents K/C-7

The Assignment of preparation of DPR and including Structural design drawings shall be completed within 30 DAYS from the date of Agreement and the Assignment / Any variations, agreement continues till the physical completion of the proposed work.

The consultancy has to co-ordinate with the Department / contractor during the execution of the work

The consultancy has to prepare structural designs including structural drawings.

To visit the site prepare the layout drawing along with building plan & elevation., To prepare the structural design drawings along with service drawings based on the site conditions & considering the SBC of the soil, Visit to the site as and when client desires, to visit the site for guiding the client during the execution of work.

The Department will not provide any office infrastructure and services facility to the consultant, The SBC of the soil has to be tested by Department for the design of the structure

In case the given time schedule for submissions is not adhered to by the consultant, a maximum of 7 days grace period shall be allowed, after which a penalty of 0.1% of the consultancy fee per day will be levied. The penalty amount shall be deducted from the fees, The maximum penalty shall not exceed 10% of consultancy fee, The services of the consultant shall be terminated if total penalty exceeds the maximum penalty.

To qualify for this tender the bidder has to attend the Pre bid meeting to be held at PWD DIVISION OFFICE HOSAPETE and obtain the certificate of qualification to bid for the tender and Upload the Same in KPPP

Tenderer shall obtain the Work experience certificate/consultancy workdone certificate in the prescribed format from the Competent Authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer( District Level Officer), scan the original Certificate and attach the scanned file to the tender. The Original Certificate shall be produced at the time of opening of Technical Bids for physical verification

To qualify for award of this contract, the Consultant in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 2024-25. Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs.3.23 Lakhs from Consultancy Services which are Civil in Nature

The Consultants Should have experience in Preparation of DPR and Structural design of Government Building work costing minimum Rs.6.46 crores within previous five years i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 ,2023-24 and 2024-25

TheAgency Preparing the DPR is held responsible for any changes in the DPR in upcoming days. No extra fund provision will be made for any changes in the DPR.

The Tenderer while preparing the DPR, Should Consult with AEE/AE/JE of PWD Hosapete sub division and The User department and later should finilize the DPR
