Disconnecting and taking out from housing/position by removing all cables and control wiring and dismantling the existing HT indoor 11 KV VCB's and connected control gear complete and cleaning, rubbing and overhauling of all mechanical parts and motors, checking and correction of allignment, lubricating of all mechanical and electrical parts with appropriate lubricants and replacement of complete nuts and bolts testing of resin cast CTs and PTs for leakage incl replacement of unsv spares and parts and re-assembling the same to be fixed/installed in new location as per direction of Engr-in-Charge incl testing of breakers on site by primary and secondary current injection, setting of relays with provided/permissible values and reconnecting of all removed cables complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note for item No. 01 :- (i) Major Spare parts of VCB's as required shall be measured and paid separately (ii) All Parts shall be compatible with existing VCBs installed at Substation Nos 3 & 5 INS Dhronacharya under GE Fort Kochi. (iii) Any cutting drilling/ welding/civil works reqd for replacement of meters/switches/lamps/connectors are deemed to be inclusive of quoted rates. (iv) All minor spares/works such as reqd bolts, nuts, washers, connectors, pins, panel hinges, locks, allignment, lubricants etc shall be included in quoted rates.

(v) The contractor shall bring to site the following instruments and cariied out the relevent test to the satisfication of engr in charge as and when reqd: (a) HT digital insulation tester (b) Primary and Secondary current injection kit (c) Dielectric test on auxiliary and control circuit (d) Measurement of the resistance of main circuit (d) Visual Checks (e) Mechanical Operation Test (vi) Any connecting disconnecting of HT LT cables for bi-passing/temporary arrangements for non interrupted supply of the station is to be made by the contractor as and when required at no extra cost

Material and labour for painting of VCB panel of here in above capacity, the colour should match with existing and weather proof complete all as specified.

Material and labour for cleaning of exisitng copper bus bar and tinning with provn of HT sleeves (for 3 phase) complete all as specified

Supply only spring charging motor with gear and connector for VCB of voltage 200-250 Volts as required at site.

Supply only Dual wound Closing and tripping coil for 11 kV VCB of 20-30 Volts as per site requirements.

Supply only Auxillary switch for 11 VCB as per site requirements.

Supply only compatible Vaccum interrupter for 11 kV VCB incl all required connectors, accessories.

Supply only Tulip Contact for VCB panel with IP 55 rating complete all as specified .

Supply only Spout suitable for existing VCB panel with rated current made of epoxy material complete all as specfied.

Supply only Limit switch for 11 VCB as per site requirements.

Supply only Hooter suitable for VCBs as per site requirements.

Supply only TNC switch as per site requirements.

Supply only Space heater 500 Watts with thermostat control 30-100 Deg C. and connectors.

Supply and lay for XLPE insulated sheathed earthed pvc bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor 11000 volt grade cross sectional area 185 sqmm 3 core including taking down old unserviceable cable etc complete from trenches/ Poles/ Surface.

Supplying and laying following size of bore GI tubing light grade for encasing cables for mechanical proctection, laid under Plinth / Floors/ Paths Culverts or fixed on wall or concealed in wall/floor or along poles or as street light poles with complete accessories such as bends/sockets/reducers/saddles including taking down of old GI tubing all as specified and directed

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made and CPRI tested outdoor type feeder pllar box suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system with air insulated PVC sleeved with heat shrink of colour code on Al bus bar of rating 400 Amps for phases and 200 Amps for neutral fixed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be weather proof, dust and vermin proof IP-54 class protection and fabricated out of 3.0 mm CRCA sheet duly powder coated after seven tank process and pedestal of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm thick MS angle iron frame work. the panel shall be both front and back openable type adequate space all around acessories sucxh as LT switchgear and measuring instruments on both sides including internal wiring in the panel with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volt grade IS 694 marked or PVC sleeved copper strips of appropriate size as per standard is practices and comprising of followings acessories incltaking down old unsv panel board complete.

Material and labour for returning and filling in of soil including spreading leveling, watering and ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified.

Supply and Fix in repairs Mild steel work in framed work such as Supports for VCBs, Clamps, gratings, ladders etc., with ends of bars welded and/ or riveted, or forged and similar work confirming to Fe 410 - O or Fe 310 - O a as directed.

Material and labour for fabrication by cutting to required sizes as trench covers, Mild steel plates, chequered, 5 mm thick or over in thickness in available sizes Fe 410-W(Gde E-250) quality B

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground /earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected to DB/Panel by using GI strip of 32x6 mm sleeved using red colour PVC sleeving as earthing lead soldering/rivetted to earth plate as per SSR Part I earth plate No. 03 at one end and connected To DB by means of nut, bolts etc complete with PCC pit (1:3:6) type PCC cover with handle, funnel with watering pipe wire mess GI protection pipe for earthing lead complete all as specified and as directed.
