Providing Carpenter work services by engaging 01(one) Carpenter and 01(one) Helper per day for day to day maintenance by means of various repair work of Door/Window, wiremesh, glass panes, cupboards, kitchen cabinets. With builders hardware etc as assigned by JE maintenance within OTM & MD Accn complex of AF stn kumbhirgram for 08(eight) working hours per day as per office timing in seven(07) days week including sunday and holidays complete all as directed. Note- (a) Carpenter engaged shall be categorised as (skilled) &Helper shall be unskilled and shall have minimum 2yrs experiance in the respective trade of work. (b) Presence shall be ensured as per office timing otherwise recovery will be effected proportionally on quoted rate for Absent and delay reporting hours. (c) T & P required for the repair work shall be provided by the contractor, however material required for repair work will be provided by department.
