Excavation in foundation trenches etc.(for pipes & pits upto all depth) in earth work in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil , blasting soft/hard rock or chiselling soft/ hard rock including wedging out of a rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides levelling of beds to correct grades including shoring, strutting, planking, timbering and dewatering where ever required, stacking the serviceable/unserviceable materials/soil separately and after laying and jointing of pipes, returning the usable soil in trenches in 15 CM layers including consolidation of each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then dispositng of all surplus excavated soil, useable materials as directed within all leads/lifts including restoration of metalled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion for traffic night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses fencing etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1Cement: 3Sand: 6Graded stone agg.40mm nominal size)& curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts .
Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of from work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work
in Suspended floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever upto floor two level
Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 1.5 :3(1 cement :1.5 sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcemnt for reinforced concrete work complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge .
Foundation and plinth complete as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.10m thickness) attached pillaster, buttresses, plinth & string courses etc from top of foundaation level upto floor two level as per the direction & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Prov.form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron frame 30 x 30 x 5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering,strutting & propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping & centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtr.& removal of same for insitu rainforced concrete and plain concrete work complete in all leads and lifrs and as per the directioin and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge :-
Flat surfaces such as soffits & suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like. Floor etc. upto 200mm in thickness.
Vertical surfaces such as walls ( any thickness ) partition and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.
Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with Cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Sand) & as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing mild steel / tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level complete in all leads and lifts and as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Tor Steel.
Providing & Placing in horozontal layers of filtering media duly graded, screened, washed & cleaned as specified by engineer-In-charge
Top Layer:- Fine sand (eff. Size 0.20 mm to 0.40 mm & uniformity coefficient 2.00 to 3.00
2nd layer:- Coarse sand 3 mm to 6 mm

Precast concrete block masonry in partitions walls with solid blocks of approved size i/c quion block closer etc. made of cement concrete 1:3:6( 1cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal & down gauged) in CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 Sand)
Steel work welded in built up section , trusses and framed work including cutting,hoisting,fixing in postion and applying a priming coat of red lead paint.
In gratings framed guard bars,ladders, railling,brackets and similar work. & as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge
Manufacturing , Supplying & fixing of MS Man hole cover of size 60x60 cm Frame fixed with angle iron of size 40x40x5mm and top fixed angle iorn 25x25x5mm with MS sheet 3.15 mm thick including cutting. Welding and painting two coat with red oxide and making locking arrangement complete with reputed lock i.e Link/ Harison make (HEAVY DUTY) complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Constructing chamber for sluice valve, .60x.60x.75 mm inside size laid in RCC top 1:2:4 mix (1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 100mm thick foundation concrete 1:5:10 mix (1cement : 5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) & inside plastering with cement mortor 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement i/c curing complete. 600 x 600 x 750 mm inside size With 150 mm thick walls of RCC 1:2 :4 (1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) complete with form work & reinforcement with 6 mm bars at not exceeding 150 mm centres both ways
Laying, jointing and testing in trenches to be levelled to grade galvanised mild steel pipe light grade of following nominal diameter including fittings complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. ( Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately).
