M20 grade Nominal Mix / Design Mix, Buttress support pillers foundation

Making of drilling holes(width up to 150mmm in RCC/Slab/wall/Beam by power drilling by machine complete as per direction of EI, Grouting for stabalizing and fixing Piller's foundation.

Providing and laying cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, levelling course etc up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. TMT bar used for reinforcement of pillers, footing grouting, and subsidiary reinforcements etc.TMT bar used are 16mm,12mm, 10mm, and 8 mm

Plaster on new surface on walls incement sandmortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish : 25 mm thick. Roof ,pillar, seating banchase base periphery

Centering and Shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping bracing both ways and removal of form work for foundation , footings, strap beam, raft , bases of columns etc. Columns, pillars, posts and struts etc.

Skilled Mason (for ornamental works) 1st class 5labour x 22 Day , Ornamental works in main gate including hand carving on all the structures during plastering process and CC pasting process, tree like structure, and other nature alike articles (Mushrooms and supporting branches).
