OD319315/2025-2026 Supply, replacement and servicing of automatic burner and fitting gas line.

OD319328/2025-2026 Cleaning of chimney surface, machinery repairing, removal of soot and rust, and applying primer with two coats of epoxy paint.

OD319385/2025-2026 Repairing damaged brickwork by removing broken bricks and replacing them with new bricks using cement mortar. The work also covers proper alignment,joint finishing, curing, and cleaning of the repaired area, complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge

OD319413/2025-2026 Servicing and maintenance of the motor electrical system, such as inspection of wiring, terminals, switches and connections. It also covers tightening of loose connections, minor repairs, testiong for proper operation, and ensuring safe and smooth functioning of the motor.

OD319470/2025-2026 Reparing damaged or worn-out bed with 18 mm ss rod structures by alignment correction, replacement of defective parts if required, welding or fastening works, and ensuring proper strength and stability.

OD319499/2025-2026 Repairing of the gas valve system, such as cleaning , replacement of worn-out seals or components if required, leak testing, and ensuring smooth and safe operation. The work shall be carried out as per safety norms.

OD319520/2025-2026 Removal of rust, scale, and old loose paint from equipment surface by wire brushing /scrapng, surface cleaning, application of suitable anti-corrosive primer, and finishing with two coats of approved paint. The work includes all materials, labour, tools and incidental charges required to complete.

OD319580/2025-2026 Comprehensive maintenance of the installed equipment for a period of one year, covering routine inspections,servicing, minor repairs,adjustments and ensuring continuous and safe operation. including survice of burner, blower, impeller and chimney. The rate includes labour, tools and incidental charges during the maintenanace period, excluding major replacements unless specified.
