Distmantling old PCC poles and setting aside, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth or n exc 10 Sqm on plan & getting out, for laying of cables, foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. and getting out including triming and forming bottom surface complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil, not exc 1.5 m wide and . exc 1.5 mand n. exc 3.0 m depth or n exc 10 Sqm on plan & getting out, for laying of cables, foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. and getting out including triming and forming bottom surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable street light from the pole and S & F new generation enery saving and environmental friendly long life versatile pressure die-cast aluminium IP-66 roadway luminaire with high power LED as light source and electronic driver of capacity 70 Watt, including bracket made of GI tubing 32mm dia bent at angle 120 degree complete with necessary clamps, nut bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Junction box made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet of size 250mm x 250mm x 150mm with hinged door and locking arrangement & including 2 Nos aluminium bus bar 25x3mm of rating 100 Amps, mounting on insulator, including one No MCB SPN 6 Amps, fixing on pole with MS flat of size 25x3mm & painting the box with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Draw of PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm 3 runs including steel conduit from street light fitting to junction box on pole of 9 meters and making necessary connection both at junction box and street light fittings and fixing accessories complete all as directed.

M & L for street light time lite distribution boards (Astronomical type) 32 Amp, 3 pole/ 230 volts suitable for outdoor operation, including Astronomical time switch infra red sensor for automatic operation of lights as per seasonal veriation of daylights, relay, MCB complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 80mm suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

M & L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground to depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel besides welding at all joints including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 40mm bore for protection of strip and connected to continous earth lead on pole/test point, supplying and laying charcoal dust common salt PCC 1:2:4 type B1, chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia, PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No 3 on srl page No 497 of SSR Part I (2009) drawing and connection to earth test point including testing complete all as specified and directed, . Notes :- (i) Outer edge of earth pit shall be 1 metre away from the outer edge of PCC chamber. (ii) The cost of earth lead /strip and GI pipe for protection of earth lead/strip upto 7.5m is included in the quoted rate. (iii) The cost of excavation, earth work is included in the quoted rate.
