Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking sweeping cleaning & washing down with water to remove dust etc incl removal of old treatment of any description and applying one coat of neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg/Sqm complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction, on roof slab surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement,complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for providing APP based membrane course roof treatment in layers with following provisions:- (i) Applying one coat of bitumen's primer polymerized primer oil based coat, evenly @ 0.3KG/Sqm as priming coat to the prepared surfaces, till the surfaces is properly impregnated and the solvent oil in the base primer shall be allowed to evaporated completely. (ii) Applying APP based pre-fabricated with non woven polyester reinforced membrane stabilized with fibre glass strands and top with grey mineral slates 3mm thick and weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm by torch application method. (iii) Applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10Kg/Sqm over mineral surface.

Supply only water proofing compound (integral) all as specified & directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 , type B1 ( using 20 mm graded aggregate) in landings, cover slabs and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Porbandar stone masonry, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L RCC 1:1.5:3 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate)as in chajja, lintels over 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets and railings up to 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating any height including necessary scaffolding, ladder & formork etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 6mm dia to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L 18mm to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick 1:6 etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for rolled sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc of grade Fe-410-W ( Gde E-250 ) quality-A.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screw complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth wiithout using extra cement.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction, on fair faces of brick walls or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement in any height, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

S & F High intensity HIP reflective sign boards both side of hardened stainless steel alloy sheet 4mm thick stainless steel welded to stainless steel rectangular pipe of size 50x50mmx4mm frame of size 1200 x 900mm. Frame fixed with bolts to stand post of size 50mm sq 2.1 mtr long stainless steel pipe of 4mm with stainless steel bended clamps, legs should be covered with additional stainless steel sheet 3mm thick. M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls by scrapping old paint with mechanically operated steel wire brush, wash the surface throughly and applying one coats of acrylic emulsion exterior grade including necessary steel scaffolding + green cloth all round the work side for any posititon/height, complete all as specified and directed.(For bldg upto GF to two Floor). Note :-Necessary safety precautions need to be taken before applying paint.

M & L applying two coats of texture paint of desired finish as approved by GE over a coat of interior / exterior wall primer over wall care putty including preparation of old decorated surfaces, cleaning of loose paint, grease, growth of fungus, algae or moss by using wire brushing and watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Granules textured homogeneous wall finishing system including preparation of old surfaces consisiting of a two component system of dry granules (25 Kg per Pack) made of 92% silica particles coated with fade resistant pigment, 100% acrylic polymerbonding agent (5 Kg per pack ) with the applied thickness of the coating being between 0.8mm - 1.2 mm to be applied on curved, smooth level plaster without key, as per manufacture directions, for usages to be applied and approved applicator of the manufacture as per the ddirection/ supervision of the Engineer -in-Charge, all complete, The above texture coating should confirm to surface spread of flame class one of BS 476 : Part 7 : 1971 and pull off strength of the coating to meet JISA 6909 on smooth plastered surfaces including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Material & Labour rendering 15mm thick CM 1:6 on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls and finised surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick wall including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/Ceiling and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior grade over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. incl all necessary scaffolding etc.

Material & Labour preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including scrapping and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer strictly as per manufactuure instruction with smooth roller finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for racking out sealing compound from existing Expansion joints of any length, dimensions 20 mm to 25 mm wide and 20 mm deep average, removing the debris from site by sweeping the concrete surface with brooms, cleaning with compressed air, treating sides and bottom of the joints with primer as per manufacture's directions and filled with preformed closed cell polyethylene backup rod/strip of 25/32 mm dia, sealing with pitch free polyurethane grey sealant (minimum depth of sealant above backup rod shall be 10mm) confirming to BS-5212 (Type-FB) and M & L for applying masking tape on edges of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after application of sealnt complete all as specified and directed ( Make- M/s Shalimar Tar Product,Fosroc Chemical (India) Pvt Ltd, Choksey chemical / BASF / STP

M&L,repair to pavement quality concrete slab by cutting existing damage pot holes to trangular/ rectangular cross action & removing all broken and loose particle to a distance exc 100 m and cleaning the surfaces with compressed air to remove dust,dirt,loose particles/ sand/ foreign material and washing the surfaces with hidrochloric acid solution and making edges by filling with epxoy resin mortar as per manufacture instruction after application of epxoy resin primer & providing necessary from work as requried complete all as specifeid and directed Engr-in-charge (Make : M/s Hunstman Advanced Materials (India) P Ltd/ Fosroc/ Choksey chemical / BASF / Pidilite ).

M & L for cutting existing loose patches/spalled edges, widening of existing cracks of concrete pavement in true geometrical cross section upto 25 mm depth & removing all broken and loose particle to a distance exc 100 m but n.exc 500 mtr, using diamond cutters operated with gen sets, cleaning the surface dry and free from dust/dirt with air compressor in order to achieve proper bond between elastomeric concrete and cement concrete surface and applying polyurethane based elastomeric concrete over a coat of approved primer as per manufacturer's instructions including supply and fixing masking tape on pavement surface to prevent accidental spillage of elastomeric concrete and removing the maksing tape and cleaning the area on application after application is over, complete all as specified and directed.(Make : D.S Brown Co,Choksey chemical, Bostik, Sika, BASF, CIPY)

Add/ deduct over item No 4 above for each 1 mm thickness or part there of over 25 mm thickness

M&L Preparation of pavement surfaces and painting of lines, arrows, letters, etc on roads, pavements and like exc 10 cm wide with road marking paint all as specified and directed.

S&F 3mm thick Linoleum, plain coloured sheet, sealed down with an approved adhesive in floors including stretching, cutting and fitting complete all as specified and directed.
