Demolition of stone slabs/ tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and remove the rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (40 mm graded stone agg) finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth/hard standing etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (40 mm graded stone agg) as in sub base of floor etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortor for laying floor in CM(1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20-25mm thick coloured set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Sand filling /cushioning under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation etc complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work/stone masonry built in cement mortar and removing the debris/rubbish to a distance n.exc 100m as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc. 1.5 Sqm but not exc. 4 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame) etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F Aluminum door/windows using power coated aluminum section, including necessary joining cleats,glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles aluminum snap beading screws etc powder coating of any colour (thickness of powder coating minimum 50 micron ) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Door closer hydralulically regulated designation No 3 universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm width and weight between 61 to 80 Kg and fixed using aluminium extruded section all as specifieed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Brass Mortice lock of 4 Levers, vertical type, of size 100mm etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor (Overall length of cover plate 150mm) etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25mm thick aluminiumallow sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F 12mm thick prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to fimber frame work etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L Sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with rubber neoprene packing in square exc 0.5 sqm in each pane 5.5 mm thick glass or all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

M&L for Pre-cast concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab including necessary form work in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L deformed TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking down existing aluminium door frames including shutter exc. 1.5 Sqm but not exc. 4 Sqm and re-fixing the same opening after carry out the necessary repair all as speified and directed by engineer in charge.
