Development of Approach Road for Two Room Residential Quarters at Bemina and other allied works

Earth work in bulk in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m,disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.

STONE SOLING Dumping of stone including cost of stone (in horizontal on level)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain windowsills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches plinth, sides of foundation etc in layer not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50cm and lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 mtr.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Footing

(b) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking the clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ration of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8 %), flooding with water, filling with the earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, leveling etc. including stacking & disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed, within a lead of 50 mtr. and lift upto 1.5 mtr. complete (cost of sludge, manure or extra earth to be paid for separately)
