Tender Inviting Authority: Executive Engineer PHE (JSD) Division Baramulla.

Name of Work: Supply and fixing/installation including succesful testing and commissioning alongwith trial run for a period of three (03) months GRP Hot Compressed Moudling SMC (Sheet Moulding Compound) tanks with certificate as per ISI Specifications and in accordance with (IS: 14399 -1996 Part I & II). In addition to the storage capacity, the tank should have a free board of minimum 150mm. The tank shall be assembled/constructed using GRP/SMC panel of 1 m x 1 m, 1 m x 2 m or 1m x 0.5m panel as per site requirement. The Dimensions of the tank shall be chosen as per site requirement/design/drawing of the steel staging/platform. The roof of the tank should have panel of size 1m x 1m or as per site requirement, one manhole should be provided on the roof of the tank with double lip construction and proper locking arrangement. The panel should withstand Hydro Static Pressure of at least 4 times the working load and should be provided with HUG nut bolts/washers; Rubber foam gasket cover washer, cleats, including air vents, necessary support system of appropriate size for the roof top panels. The tank shall be constructed as per manufacturer's instructions and met all ISI standards. All M.S. Parts inside/outside should be painted with anti-corrosive paint to avoid rust. The tank should have ladders inside and outside, provision of inlet / outlet / overflow / drain etc. complete job. The rates include all Freight, lead, lift to any distance as a loading, unloading, all taxes (GST), charges, all L&M, T&P as a complete job. Nothing extra will be paid whatsoever the case may be, on turnkey basis.
