Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift up to 1.50 M and lead up to 30 M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the trenches or in to the space between the building and the side of foundation trenches.

Cement Concrete 4cm Guage approved stone ballast /shingle coarse sand and cement in proportion of 10:5:1 including supply of all matrials labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge approved stone grit/shingle in proportion of 1:1.5:3 n lintels or doors, windows and sunshades excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G. G.I. Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Binding wire of supplied by the contractor free of cost. [S.I. No. 283A] for lintel of door and windows

As per above item but for slab wall in proportion 1:1:5:3

M.S. (Tor steal or plain) in plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including binding for proper shape and including supply of steel and its wastage bend hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured. [S.I. No. 504]
